I ordered a provogue ladies watch online from "http://www.provogue.com/hdfc-offers" and "http://www.provogue.com/onepagecheckout", and i payed Rs.299 for this product but i didn't get any message regarding order.I dont have any order reference number, not even received txt id.
So please rectify my problem or provide any number so that i can track my order.
Also let me know how to tarck the order.

So please rectify my problem or provide any number so that i can track my order.

I had ordered a product online from http://www.citrusprovogue.com/sbicard-offer which is a Provogue Bag and paid Rs. 399 for tis product but I have not got any mail /message regarding the order or the product. I have paid through my credit card, but do not have the transaction details with me.
Pl intimate the status of my order and provide number wherein I can follow up my transaction.

I placed an order for a combo of men's watch, a bag and women's watch; all Provogue. Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card XXXXX8004 for a purchase worth Rs799.0 on POS 80000590 at provogue Citrus txn#[protected].

I have not received any email from yourselves confirming the order, as was told. Could you please clarify.
