I have purchased ladies sling bag from offer provided in hdfc net banking through provogue. But my account is debited rs 399/- but no cofirmation of product received or no information about track my order.

I ordered a product online from "http://www.provogue.com/hdfc-offers" and "http://www.provogue.com/onepagecheckout", which is a "ladies watch" and i payed Rs.299 for this product but i didn't get any message regarding order.I dont have any order reference number but have a number from my transaction details that is "[protected]". So please rectify my problem or provide any number so that i can track my order....
