Problem 1:

When the time of declaration two times happend same problem.. I can here the sound but time freez at 42 sec and 44 sec in two rounds.. Then it again start showing score board. Two times i set my cards in good order so i didn't get huge score. See the pictures i attached. If i didnt merge in correct what happen? How can i set if you freez time?

Problem 2:

See the pictures, in three pictures there is no cards to me...in that round time decreasing i can hear the sounds but with out cards how can i play?

Waited for long time, in last secs so i restarted the app. T he i got the cards.. Lost the game there is time for thinking to take decision.

I was just entered into classic rummy to play for 5 rs and 10 rs games.it has increased from 5 rs to 5000 rs pool rummy to 80rs in point rummy(strike).I am a private employee of getting around 35000/- pm.But i lost 5 lakhs rupees with in a 15 months of time.Everything i have lost.I can not stand right now.All rummy websites are fake.Initially they used to give few winnings.Later on it is only lost.If you observe one thing, once you deposit money.They allow you few winnings, later you can see lost only.some times you if you maintain any gap in playing the games for few days.Later also they allow you for few winnings.totally all rummy games are cheating.please dont play.If you are really interested go &play direct rummy.
I dont think that some body will take responsibility in assurance to return the money.only the solution is stop online rummy.i am expecting any solution for return.finally i am at the age of 32 i am baseless, helpless.finally i need financial assistance

I was requested 'classicrummy.com' to close my account on 20-may-2016.

I have requested multiple times to close the account since i was addicted to play rummy and losing the money.

I have requested many times and make calls to the team also.

They were not taken any steps to close my account.

This site is fraud and please take this as complaint and ask them the explanations.

I will explain the fraud how classic rummy is doing.
I played pool games with 6 players and requested withdrawal 10000 rupees. Account team started playing game with me and blocked my account and then say blocked due to unfair game played, really i don't know who played. My account was blocked ('gajadonga') other player is ('buuchakram') they mentioned in mail. I found recently 'buuchakram' is playing games in classic rummy. I asked classic rummy account team recently they are said we will enable your account but we will not give your money back.
If i ask for proofs they are giving some some ip addresses i don't what can i do with those. I am asking for screen shots who all are played unfair game. They are smartly escaping.
Sending mails daily but they are not responding to my emails. Please help me and save my hard earned money.

I will explain the fraud how classic rummy is doing i am a player who claimed the 1200 money through promo codes then i joined in a 6 table game and all other 5 players who has deposited their own money to play consider that the table is 1000 rs table i won the table completely and earned 5100 then classicrummy will immediately block my account and then say account blocked due to multiple accounts from the same ip my money gone, other player money also gone classic rummy earned 6000 including their commission and exclude my money 1000 because it was come from promo codes it means total 5000 profit for classicrummy. Very intelligent fraud by classic rummy

Classicrummy.com is full of waste site.. they are really cheating when you withdraw. they are running free tourney. we can win upto 500rs . but these winnings are waste while withdraw they will ban your account. for last one month i earned 1000rs from free tourney. but i made withdrawal of 500rs, after 3 days they banned my account because o[censored]nfair plays. but i am not making any unfair plays. really cheating site. dont invest and dont belive them. better go to rummycircle.com .

Hello i played in www.classicrummy.com While am playing and in a position to win game . the game was stopped, i contacted customer support, they advised me it is technical error. i am in a position to win the game, i requested total prise money . they refused and credited my bet money. since with this bad experience i decided to get out of this website, i requested withdrawal, then they said the refunded money as a bonus, and can not be withdrawn . this is really frustrated me alot . i want to go legally on this issue . since i deposited and played, due to technical error game was stopped, i want to withdraw my deposited money, they refused to give my deposited money, instead of that they credited as a bonus which i need to play again using it, this is really frustrated me. this is cheating people with software and taking users money with attracting fraud bonuses and offers

when i am playing the game suddenly the game was disconnected.but internet connection was good..i am using 15 Mbps. these people are real cheaters, when u deposit and after winning keep money for withdrawl they simply keep rejected after 10 days of waiting period, when asked they will tell cock and bull stories that u did this, u did that, they have many bugs in their site also and errors happen due to that bugs only which they wont see, dont keep money in this site, u will lose money they wont credit any amount to ur bank account

Guys don't play in Classic Rummy.. Better go for rummycircle.com or any other rummy site. I had played lot of games in Classic Rummy, when I tried to withdraw that amount they said I had unfair play with another player, whose ip and mac address are same.. But that player is my brother who played when I am not playing. So how can they say that's an unfair play. When I contacted support they are unresponsive and sending the email back and forth and I didn't got a single rupee. I got frustuated and said to delete my account. They simply deleted my account. I lost thousand of rupees due to classic rummy.com

Then i request to withdraw money they will take action 7days after they need id proof and bank stmt. i am sent as same documents but they are trying to escape credited money. they said so many reasons like we will call to ur mobile not reachable, ur not tell proper details on that time, your id proof details and profile details not matched, your bank stmt details and profile details not matched, you have multiple accounts, your are logged on same ip address ...these are escaping for credit the balance, Account will be disabled. finally i am decided after 20 days forget the classicrummy.

I played games at clasic rummy. It is totally cheating at all the areas.

1. Bonus system is totally misc, target of there Bonus system is user has to play with what ever bonus the give it means you will lose money. you wont get any benifit out of their bonus.
2. Games all are one sided all the player's are not real players they created vartual players and many of the games are one sided.
3. I played with my friend which i referred and i won 600 when i with draw my cash the did not pay to me. the said i played Unfair game. If that is the case why they are allowing users to play unfair game?

My sincere request is please take action on Classic Rummy and save the people from classic rummy site.

They are conducting paid rummy games and taking money from the people and they are suppose to pay the money to the person who ever won but they are cheating they are not paying any money.

I have invested some money and made it as premium and played games and won some money. When i tried to withdraw the money are they are rejecting the money transfer and giving silly reasons. After all it' not possible to withdraw money from there. It's all fraud some should file a case against there people

am going to give you all breaking news - on 24 July 2012, I was playing on ClassicRummy.com Re. 1 strike game, I got 14 cards in this game and played with 14 cards till someone placed show. This shows that their software is not reliable and at any point you can bear losses. I have also noticed other errors too but on that you will not believe but for 14 card, I have captured screenshot from their site, in which you can clearly see I was playing with 14 cards. I made complaint with them 4 times but still didnt get any response, someone Mr. Rahul had called me and had assured that I will get response in 24 hours its 5 days.
