[Resolved] Clay Telecom — don't ever give your credit card details to clay telecom | |
Ever since i have used a clay international sim card, i have no trust in any of these international sim card companies. I used their sim card for hardly 5 days in dubai and did the biggest mistake of giving them my credit card details. Without even sending me my bill, they deducted 14789/- rs against the usage of the sim card. I don’t have issues paying the money, but they should have some decency of first validating the bill with me and then charging my credit card. This is absolutely unacceptable. And i got the bill on my email after a week of them charging the card. Utter non sense. Major issues in the bill and now am stuck calling them asking them to refund. It would have been if i had just used a local number there or carried my airtel number instead. Was this information helpful? | |
