Cleartrip — Non refund of tickets cancelled by airlines

Dear Mr Nikhil Godbole, Tried contracting the Clear Trip site through numerous and ever-changing IVR options- but was unable to get in touch. Wonder if it deliberate on the part of your concern. Nevertheless-would like to brief you on the awful situation I am being lead into. - My name is Animesh Mitra, a M.Stat student of Indian Statistical Institute and was to travel to Chennai to the ISI Chennai on 5th Dec'15 and returning on 9th Dec'15. Due to the natural calamities that overpowered the state with disastrous proportion (our prayers are with all the people affected) - both the flights were cancelled. But I am yet to get the refund and the airlines have advised me to get in touch with the booking website - which unfortunately n my part is - cleartrip.com. The details are as follows: - Trip ID: [protected] SpiceJet SG 624 Kolkata- Chennai-PNR: JBK3MN 5th Dec'15 IndiGo 6E 527 Chennai- Kolkata-PNR: J8VVGJ 9th Dec'15 I have dropped my concern through http://www.cleartrip.com/support/ - which provided with support- which could not be heard or read.
