Hi, Myself Mr.Atul joshi writting this complaint because of the biog fraud took place with me from click2resume.com noida branch . In the month of April-13 they had charged Rs.68, 000 from me saying that they will provide me the job & services within 40 days after registration, such as modified resume writting service, my interview preparation so that i doesn't need to carry my certificates etc, & more importatntly they will provide me the job opportunity outside india ( Australia, newzealand, canada etc) . But till the date i was not got single documents or job opportunity from click2resume.com . Regarding the excess amount they charged, they inform me to submitt the details of the payment which i already given to them . But till the time they are not give me the concrete assurance regarding the job opportunity as well as the refund of money . Now they are not even gave the response to my phone calls . Kindly look in to it very very seriously as almost 9 months going to complete after regiostration but not getting any positive response from click2resume services. Hi, I am from bangalore.This company initially this company asked me to get registered with them they will provide interview call, so i paid the ammount of 12k(resume writing, resume sending etc).After i paid no call nothing no response.After that last week they called me to refund my money and asked me to give them my card details.but after i have given my card details they just deducted 19990 from that i do not know why they did that.I am running out of money and they cheated me.Please anyone help me how can i return my money. One of the executive from click 2 resume called on 6th June 2013 and said that my resume go sHortlised in one of the leading company HDFC and told that i will be getting a call for a telephonic interview. The next day two person called me and said that they are the HR & manager of HDFC and they took me an interview. After some time i got a call from the CLICK 2 resume and told me that they will be sending offer letter if i pay a money of Rs 1300 for the Job search. After they ask me to pay 7000, 3000 & 2200 for various service like resume writing, backgroud verification etc. They also promise me to send all the physical document in 1 day along with the offer letter. When i refuse the pay the money they threatened me that the service will not be resumed..After all conversation they made me to pay 13500 for different services. But till date i didnt get services or job..When i tried calling them there were no response and they refusing to answer me..I kindly request you to get my money back..Iam charged interest for the amount i paid from credit card

I had did money transaction via card payment to click2resume are as follows:- Rs. 1050/- dated 24 Sep 13, Rs. 10054/- dated 25 Sep, Rs. 14423/- dated 26 Sep 13.


Introduction - i had received call from click2resume.com, B-101, SECTOR 63, NOIDA, UP. regarding resume writing and job offer with salary of 30-40 lakh per month. i had asked him how much money required for availing service, then the customer care lady told me sir, only 1050/- Rs. (no other extra payment/ charges). i feel glad, because in low amount giving all facility.

i had did transaction of Rs 1050/-. Then i got the call from Mr. Rahul (not confirmed) from Noida Office. he told this call is under recording you have only registered the service, you have not avail the service you have to do further transaction, then i asked him please tell me the amount, he denied, he told his company don't have any policy to tell complete offer price and same thing can not forward via email. He asking more money, but after availing service whatever i was asking to him, he told yes sir it will provide, yes yes sir. within 24 hrs you willl your resume and withing 48 hrs your resume will be at door step.

now i had already registered and i was keenly looking for job. then he made the transaction of Rs. 10054 next day and soon after payment he cut the call and i feel shocked. again he called me next day your service is still not completed you have to do further process. and again he lured me manage Rs. 14, 423 payment in click2resume account via online payment portal.

COMPLAIN -

AFTER RECEIVING MONEY CLICK2RESUME TEAM AND HIS PROPRIETOR VANISHED LIKE HORN FROM . I HAD SEND MANY EMAIL APPROX 40, BUT I HAD NOT GOT ANY REPLY, I HAD CALLED THEM MANY TIMES TO FOLLOWING REPS OF CLICK2RESUME.COM NAMES ARE MR. Yogendra Singh, Vishal shukla, Vaishali Sirohi (Snr customer support), reema Chkma, Suryakant Singh, Deepali, . Rahul, Navjot, Mishra etc. to many people.

initially customer care Phone[protected] i had called they are not ready to giving complain reference number, as they are saying they have any facility like that. however, after talk with their senior they had obtained the complain number[protected] time 1556, 11 oct 13 and[protected] oct by Mr. yogendra singh and his collegue suryakant singh. they promised your all services will start within 24-48 hrs but yet none started (except verification service which god knows when it will verify).

ACCORDING TO ABOVE PAYMENT, they must have to provide me in super express delivery 24 hrs, resume to my door step as payment was done, still after one month i had not received my final resume. job alert service was also they had not given, after so many calls (hours and hours) to click2resume.com after one month they had send only 2 in number of job alert which also not relevant to my profile.

they have promised me. i will get monthly more than 100 job alert, telephonic interview, etc... blaw blaw...and your all service start within 2 days..one month over...i had still not got the final resume (international and national resume).


my more than one month has been lost, i was in hope i will get full service as they had promised me. but i feel i am cheated by this company. then i had seen review of the company i had seen more than 100 customer are has been cheated by company thorough false promises.

I want company must made me refund for all thing, i had faced from 1 month a big mental trauma, which company shows and behaved with me. they do always false promise. I need refund, i dont want go further with company.

This to inform that I milind hingurao had registered to click2resume on 30th Aug today I got a call from click2resume to upload my resume. I was told that no amount would be charged for it. Then aslo the total amount of Rs 20787 is deducted from my account. He totally miss guided me saying your amount will be refunded these is a process to refund.Now click2resume which is situated in Noida are refusing to pay. I had already paid for service they not even provided service for that. This time frsud was doen with me. They are literally fraud company. They are just playing wiyh imotions of person. A person named Amit from that company told me that he found my resume from Naukri.com for a multimedia job in Arab Countries. My name is Amitabh . Few months back i received a call from a placement agency called click2resume.com. They claimed themselves to be authorized MNC recruiters.First I was asked to pay a small amount for registration. Then they keep on demanding money saying all my previous investment would be lost if I don't complete their process.To recover my money I continue to pay them till my account got exhausted . I have paid them Rs 47000 altogether and I received no service from them at all.All my money is lost. All the payments were online and there is no way to track these people. Only way to stop them is by spreading awareness.

If any of either option you can provide then it will very grateful or else serious action has to be taken against them or else reverse my amount immediately.

I also had a very bad experience with click2resume.com organization one of there colleague contacted me and asked that resume is shortlisted by requiters such as Siemens , Bharti Airtel ,Idea and then they asked me to come online and asked me to provide confirmation by doing a short transaction of Rs 1050 for registration and said there one more transaction you need to make for completing the profile of Rs 1797/- and one more transaction of Rs 3135/- without which they will not forward my resume to recruiters in the whole confirmation they never said whats the total cost of product this all happened on 21.09.2013 and asked me send the scanned copy of my documents for certification from some US/UK body after the confirmation recruiters will contact you no further action needs to be done. Hi, i am Tarun, Click2Resume.com has trapped me. i have got a call some days ago that some companies are interested in your profile and you will get good hike n all so once you will be online then please give us a call and register for lifetime for very minimal charges i.e Rs 2000 for india and gulf, Rs 1300 for particular city and Rs 1615 for all india. i have asked if any other applicable charges but they said clearly NO. i have ignored them for many days and one day i think to pay for India and gulf i.e Rs 2000. I got a call from your click 2 resume (+91 [protected]) executive on 22nd August,2013 saying that they received my resume through Naukri.com and is being shortlisted by Wipro for HR Manager post with salary 8.00 to 10.00 Lakhs based at Bangalore. She constantly mentioned that they wipro is in online with them and as soon as I register with them, I will get an interview call from Wipro and not said anything about payment. then they asked me to login on their websire and asked me to choose "career flash" and go with the payment. I refused to do so and they told me that wipro is online with them and that i may lose the opportunity and its just a matter of Rs. 1050/- only. Then they transferred the call to another executive and he giuded me with the registration & payment procedure. in the registration process he asked me to upload my resume and i refused as they told me that Naukri.com has sent my resume to them. then he told me to skip the uploading of resume and finished the payment process.

after 1-minute i got another call from click2resume.com (+91 [protected]) asking me to go with the "Verification Services" wherein a US based company will verify my education & employmentand give me a certificate. then i questioned him that how is their website different from naukri.com and they said naukri.com is a job portal and click2resume.com are consultants. he forced me to go with the verification services. i asked him to get back next day. he told me its just rs. 1701/- and ill get interview call only after purchasing the verification services. then i questioned him thet the first executive didnot mention that verification services are must to purchase. then hs started saying that only after the registration we'll inform about verification services payment.

I told him the companies have their own way of verification procedure and i don't need to opt their service for verification. Then he said the verification should be done by their services only to get the job.

i reluctantly said to him to get back to be after one day and he sais they can not hold the registration without the verification services purchased for one day and it has to happen immediately.

i just told him to get back to me after one day and hung the call. i received two calls from the same number immediately but i didnt answer.

then i searched on websites for any information about "click2resume.com" and came to know that im just one on thousands of people who were cheated by the company.. Im lucky that i lost just rs.1050/- only. I felt very sorry for people who has lost more than rs.20,000/- and even more.

its unethical to lure people with opportunities who are actually suffering from unemployment.

Dear Team, This is to inform you that I got a call from a executive of click2resume.com theytold me they are job and resume service company and will help in getting job and told me to register on their site they called me told that registration is one time process and I have to pay near about rs.1300 so I paid rs1300 and got registered and after registration they transferred the call to another executive and then to make linked in profile they demanded rs 2998, when I refuse to make more payment they told me if I will not complete this registration they will not provide any service. Please help to get my money back. There are many more complaints registered regarding the same. I am attaching the complaints details for the same.

Today, i.e, on 18.8.2013, an executive from click2resume.com called me on my mobile phone and offered to provide me placement service at Rs.1050/- and the amount is on 'onetime pay and life time service' basis.

I was asked to open my browser and open their website. <www.click2resume.com> and follow a procedure. Assuming that the services are available at a gross amount of rs.1050/-, I proceeded to open the browser.

I was asked to register by paying Rs.1050/-. After payment of this amount, they asked me to pay rs.1797/- towards Higher Education and Previous job, when I questioned why i should pay, they assured that I would get good projection before prospetive recruiters, reluctantly I paid since having committed and paid Rs.1050/-, I had no option but to pay to get this service.

Then they asked me to open another link for verification of education and previous employment which directed me to pay Rs.1,500/-, assuring me that it is only total Rs.3,297/- justifying that it is necessary, the amount paid for registration is only the pre-requisite of the procedure. after i paid it reluctantly, they further directed me to another link for resume preparation and uploading to social networking site LINKEDIN at a further extra cost of Rs.3,000/-.

At this stage, I protested on phone that the total amount is accumulating to several thousands (7347/-) and i can not afford to spend so much. i also protested that the total financial commitment was not told to me at the beginning so that i could make up my mind whether to subscribe or not and that it was unfair to keep directing stage by stage and sqeezing amounts on one assurance or other.

at this stage i refused to go any further and i asked them on phone that i dont need the service (any service) and all the amounts collected should be paid back/ refunded.

The responsible person named Rakesh ([protected]) who said that he saw my resume in naukri.com and i was selected for a job related to thermal field. He said that i would pay as an initial payment of Rs. 1300. I have paid that amount according to his instruction. I am new to netbanking so he guided me through out the process. So using this I lost my money Rs.6695. He said that first only u lost Rs. 1300 all the next are free one and i didnt lost any balance. But i suddenly checked my balance and i lost Rs.6675. And he wants to make order for another Rs. 6000. I felt i was cheated by him and i argued him to return my money. He refused and force me to complete my profile and gives me 110% job. I dont trust him. I dont want a job and I didnt have any money to lose. I want my amount to be return back. I lost my money an hour ago there is no cancelling of order in the site. I want justice. On 17th Jul I got a call from Click2resume services regarding new jobs. Executive committed to me that I have to pay 1300 only and they will arrange interview. I have to pay 500 in advance and balance amount after getting the job. When I paid the amount online as per the instructions given by executive they started asking for more amount which was not communicated to me at the time to commitment. I refused to pay the additional amount as this was not communicated to me. after that I was continuosly getting call from them regarding process. 1 day they again commited that now they will not charge any amount from me but they will send me for interview and send me my new resume. but again the next day the executive started asking for more amount.
I want serious action agst them as they are giving fake committment as in the beginig they have committed something else to me and after payment of 500 they started asking for more amount.

I got a call from click2resume on 05.08.13 from an executive named Amit Mishra, they told me that my profile has been shortlisted by HDFC bank for the position of Manager Administration and the CTC will be 6 lacs p.a. They called me to come on online and to process the application I’ll have to register myself with click2resume and the registration amount will be 1050...


I paid thie amount of Rs.1050/- . through Credit card. After completing the process, they once again called me from [protected]/8530 told me to proceed from home page and told me to pay another 1797 towards verfication fees and I spoke to them over phone when the first caller did not told me all these things and simply collected Rs.1050/- and now you are asking to pay additional amunt.

I said that i will not be making this payment and i found this company is fraud company collecting money from the poor job seekers and Government should take action by blocking their site and should arrest the Diirector of the company and other staff members on criminal case for their manuplated service by providing wrong commitment. Like me, so many are affected and though lot of job seekers have already registered their complaint in your consumer complaint cell and since no action had been taken by the Goverment and they go on do this fraud service. Please take immedaite step atleast in this point of time and it will be helpful for others. ARREST the DIRECTOR AND STAFFS IMMEDIATELY ON CRIMINAL CASE.
