Hi Team,

I would like to bring this serious issue of online money fraud in the name of getting highly paid jobs. Firstly i would like to say i am been cheated and i cheated myself and this is happening for many people. I was getting continuous calls regarding the job openings and i was asked to come online to complete the initial registration formalities. I was very stubborn and told them i am not interested to get a job by paying money. But they way the guy was very professional and he kept saying we are government organisation and not consultancy. I dint mind and said i am not interested in making payments. Today (01/08/2013) i again got a call from the person and the way he spoke made me to log in online. He asked me to log in to Click2Resume.com and asked me to follow few steps. It then took me to payment site where i used my Credit Card details for making payment. The payment was successful and then he transferred the call to another guy who spoke in the same line telling me to follow certain other steps for verification and it took me to the same payment link where he asked me to do payments using my credit card. I was bit nervous and refused to make payments but then he started saying then the registration will not get completed and the amount you already paid is of no use if you dont pay for this. I asked him to refund the money which he had collected initially but then he was arguing for a while and said will give it to the payments section. There was another guy who spoke and said the same that the transaction was not successful and then the money will not be debited from my account. He also insisted that they have the facility to refund and asked me to continue the payment. I started realizing there is something wrong and dint make payments. The guy was very trained to trap people that he dint give me a chance to think and was saying the oppurtunity for you is getting missed. So i had no way rather than making payment even though my mind says whatever your doing is wrong. The reason was if i dont complete the registration then the money i initially paid will also be wasted. This is the trick these people follow in the sake of getting job. I had fianlly made a payment of 17,000 INR. I later browsed to see if i had received any mails from the person but then realized the mail id doesnt exist. When i searched the internet i could see many people getting cheated. Below are the transaction details:

I am currently working in a reputed organisation and when i am been cheated, there are many people like me who would have lost their hard earned money. I would request the concerned officials to track the people doing these frauds. I am more concerned and angry that i am cheated and there are people in our country playing in the life of the people. This creates stress in people and will also let to suicides. Please help me in getting my money back and punishing those people. I was told they were from Delhi. The number which i received call is[protected]. I wanted to bring this to the notice of officials because i am the person recently affected. I am sure i am not going to get calls from these people anymore. But my request is they should be punished.

I have been receiving frequent calls from click2resume.com soliciting job offers from FMCG companies.

After receiving one call on 30th June 2013, I was duped of approx. INR 6000 for some of their career enhancing services. It wasn't long before I saw the frailities in this company's offerings and decided to stop spending, once they asked for INR 16,000 more as charges for completing the registration process.

When I realized that there have been so many complaints on this company's name in the market, I decided not to spend a penny more on these scamsters.

Nevertheless, in the subsequent days, I have been receiving numerous calls (at least twice or thrice a day) from these guys. Even after repeated requests, these guys are not giving in to not calling on my number. This has created a lot o[censored]nrest for me, which has forced me to write this complaint against this fraudulous company.

Alhough I am sad to have wated a good amount of money on this company, its the frequent calling that disturbs me a lot. I would like to, therefore, lodge a harassment complaint against this fraudulent firm.

Click2resume job site person call me on 18 april 2013 about job. He gave me his company's information about their success and all general information. Suddenly i am interested to know about what is next process than he tell me his job pack offer and said you have to pay rupees for a resume writers, verification document and other services regarding job. As i want to change in job and so i am agree to pay. After that he said about payment method from credit card and start doing transaction of different packs and finally i am paid 40000 rupees and he says you will got call from reputed company in 2 days but i cant got any call since one week after payment. Then i again call that person than he said you have to pay more now because you paid was not complete. I fired him and want my refund but he says this is not refundable money as you pay for service. Since that day i am trying to recover my money but they are not interested to refund me. So one my friend say about this complaint foram and i write you here so plz help me.

I got a call from click2resume on 10/7/2013 from an executive named Amit/Rahul,they told me that my profile has been shortlisted by some IT company for the position of system Administrator indelhi(gurgoan) and the CTC will be between 5.8 to 6 lacs p.a.I was further told that this is a closed vacancy and to avail this offer I’ll have to register myself with click2resume and the registration amount will be 1050.This registration will be valid for life time and whenever I want to switch in future they will help me to get placement in my preferred location,preferred job profile and preferred CTC.

As I was looking for Job change, so I told him that I want to apply for this Vacancy .As per the direction of executive I registered myself with an amount of 1050 the executive further directed me to the next step that is Verification and documentation I was again asked to pay 1797.I stopped and then immediately asked that I was told to pay only 1050 then what is this. After long discussion and unable to convince me the executive told me that he is transferring the line to his superior, who will be able to answer my queries. It was already 8:30 PM. After that he told me that I need to go through this verification process because this is requirement from my next employer they want to check my tract record with previous employer before recruiting me. I was not very convenience with him I further questioned him, if any company wants to verify my tract records why should I pay for it, the company should bear the cost, to this the executive replied that the company is not asking me to pay, they have asked click2resume to verify the records and forward it to them and as click2resume is an interface between candidate and employer so they ask the candidate to pay the charges as they are providing better job opportunity to the client. I also asked the executive that the disclaimer on your website clearly states that “they do not guarantee any job or interview call” then how come you are assuring me job in Axis Bank, to this he replied that this is an online portal and any one can apply so the disclaimer is applicable to then. It is not applicable to those who get call from the company directly (in this case the unfortunate one is me).

I proceeded to the verification request on 10/7/2013 and the executive guided to the next step resume writing I was again asked to pay an amount of Rs.3938.I stopped once again and questioned him now what is this for, the executive told me that my resume needs to be updated as per the company’s format so I have to bear this cost as well. I told the guy that I have some financial problem hence I will not be able to proceed further. He told me that if I do not proceed with it I will not get any benefit it’s just a matter of few thousand. I am away by few thousands from I next desired job in Axis Bank.

I am cheated by your company and the executive. I have been robbed by Rs.11000.I want to cancel all the orders which was sold to me on the basis of fake promises. Kindly refund my hard earned money.

It’s shameful for an organization to have such employees (Amit/rahul) who sell company’s product/service by via unfair means and fake promises. I truly understand performance pressure and sells target, however this is not the correct way. This represents incorrect picture of a company amongst General Mass Market and a company will not be able to sustain in long run with such practices.

Click2resume.com Delhi/NCR biggest fraud company. thay call me and make a contact for job in whole india anywhere, i first rejected the offer. then after two week they call me again and take more then 45 min. they say you have pay only 1615/- for job in anywhere in india and your salary package is 21k - 25k per month and No any extra charge after getting this money. after get registration they demand again 1485/- for my document verification. after geting this money, again say you have pay 6703/- for your certification for job. and getting all this money they will disconnect the phone. On 29.06.2013 i got a call from click2resume.com.They asked me to pay Rs 2000/- for membership registration.I paid the same.They transferred the call to a senior person.He took me through various tabs of that website and asked me to fill all information.A payment screen appeared.I said I cant afford more than Rs 2000/- even a single penny. He said the screen is displaying Rs 17952/- which is a cumulative amount of many registrations and Rs 17952/- will not be debited from my account.Even after my repeated enquiry he said the same.He said process would be complete only when I click it and not even a penny will be debited.But my account got debited for Rs 17952/- immediately.They cut the call and went away.Sir I want my money refunded.I cant afford such a big amount.It is my life time savings.I dont know where to complaint Sir.Help me Sir.

This is the company click2resume.com wherein they call people and ask if they are looking for a job change.

I came across through them when Mr. Kapil Khan from click2resume.com called up and asked me to register in their site with fee of Rs.1050/- lifetime for the location I was looking for.

He guided me to the site and I made the payment. then later he tells me that my id has not been generated and I need to follow other details as said by him.

When I was following the procedure, the amt summed upto Rs.14653/- wherein it was asking for my bank details again. I asked him & told him that the amount will be deducted if I enter all the details. he assured me it will not as it is just a procedure and no amount will be deducted.

Once, I entered all my details the amt got cut and the phone call too. Later some guy Mr Vikram calls up and tells it was my mistake and blaming me.

I later called up to the no-[protected] n number of times,spoke to Atul, Avneesh,Rohit, Yogender singh, no body responds properly and just keep my phone on hold and ask me to mail at [protected]@click2resume.com and [protected]@click2resume.com.

I have mailed them too 3 times from 17.06.2012. And I happy to google about this company where to my dismay I see many people who had the same complaint against the company..

I request you to get back my money of Rs.15703/- from them and take strict action against the company who are looting people in assurance of job.

I have received mobile call on 14th June 2013 from Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma (Name as told by him on my mobile) from his no [protected], (Of www.Click2Resume.com)

In this call first of all Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma asked me about my qualification and experience. After that he told me that he will arrange interview for me in companies like DLF & other in Mumbai and then they may select me.

For this purpose, Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma told me that you will have to pay a sum of Rs. 1300/- only. After transaction on www.click2resume.com you will receive immediate email from DLF and other reputed companies from Mumbai. There will not be any other expense other than this Rs. 1300/-

After consulting with my husband I have agreed to pay for this facility. Therefore, I have used my husband’s bank account for online payment of Rs. 1300/- to www.click2resume.com and money got transferred to their account. Transaction no details are attached. After this transaction Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma of www.click2resume.com took me further to select one more service of Rs. 1500/- and then I refused to do so as it was not informed to me when Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma of www.click2resume.com called us and convinced us to use their service of Rs. 1300/- that time he had clearly told that entire expense will be only Rs. 1300/- and as soon as money gets transferred to our (www.click2resume.com) account an email regarding job interview will come to my inbox.

Therefore, I claim that this is braking of my trust as Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma of www.click2resume.com haven't given me full information about this 1500/- Rs. service details. And Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma of www.click2resume.com is asking me to take their service of Rs. 1500/- otherwise use of service is not possible. This is completely contradictory to his statement made when he first called me. Therefore, I judge this complete incidence as equal as fraud and braking of my trust.

With this I want to launch a complaint that I don’t want to avail/take any of services from www.click2resume.com. Therefore please help me to get back our money of Rs. 1300/- plus suitable amount as judged by you as amount of compensation as the harassment caused by act of Mr. Jitenderkumar Sharma of www.click2resume.com .

Sir, I also request you that please take necessary action against such fraud companies like www.click2resume.com otherwise people like me(who are wanting to start their career) may be victim of such fraud offers.

I have got a call from this website saying that they have job offer and forced me really bad to pay money . I made two transactions and said me to do the third saying that total amount before will go waste. I had doubted and searched on net and found it to be fraud. Now i am totally in shatter after hurting my feelings and losing my money. They had given the office address has D-101, Sector 63, Noida. Everything was fake which i was unable to smell till last second. Please help me out sir. I want strong action to be taken. I got calls from this no's [protected] ; [protected]. As per talk to one of the representative of a agency (Click2resume.com), I have taken few services from there and paid more than 8000 rupees before 4 months. They promised me to receive the products (resume writing, cover letter, documents verification, social profile preparation etc., { Product code C2R5800, C2R55560, C2R71200, RB52800, PF55560, IR71200}) with in one month. But after passing more than 4 months, still i am waiting for response. In this regards, I have send 9 reminders to the company id and make several calls to talk the representative but still i did not getting any services. My registered mobile no. is [protected].

I received a call from click2resume.com. They told me I have to pay only Rs.1300.00 and I would receive job calls from companies. However, when I paid this amount, they asked me to pay more Rs. 1970.00 amount to share my profile with the consultants or recruiters. They did not tell me earlier while I was paying Rs1300.00. They said after this no charge for lifetime..I am really disappointing with click2resume.com, the way are grabbing money from poor customers luring them better job opportunities. i got a call from there executive and i followed his instruction for getting a new Carrier and i disclosed my debit card details to them and they charged me around Rs six thousand



if i need there serves frome them i need to pay more than 10000 bucks on deffrent stages
they didnt tell me the amount at the beginning and some how they convened me and charged nearly 6000 in two stages

and third stage i smelled the trap so i spoed the procedure and asked my money back but they denied to pay

Someone called me from [protected] at 3:51 pm on 26 April 2013 offering jobs in MNC like IBM,HCL,TCS through their interview process.But when i have filled the form with my details in www.click2resume.com and paid Rs.1300 by my SBI debit card and after that they told me to pay Rs. 1482 more for the next process(verification services).They never told me before that and force me to pay that,otherwise they can not process my application.when i want back my money to refund,they deny to refund.I don't need to proceed.I just want back my money of Rs.1300 to my a/c.

As per customer care conversation with click2resume.com, At that time they told only 1615 to be paid to complete for fulfill click2resume service requirement. I paid Rs 1615/- on 20th April for my resume services. After payment of that amount they again called me to pay Rs 1797 to complete verification services, again I paid Rs 1797 on 23rd April. After that they telephoned me to pay another Rs 2525/- to complete my resume preparation. After that they telephoned me to pay Rs2705/- to complete resume upload services. After payment of all these things they demanding again Rs4000 within 30th of this month to complete my resume services, Otherwise my services will be terminated and no amount will be refund back. The next day I called to customer care, I am unable to pay Rs4000 and I am unwilling to proceed my resume services. But they are told me no amount will be refund and services also terminated. Here I am sending you mail communications and my online SBI transaction sheet. Kindly look into this matter and please help me to refund my amount and take necessary action against to this company. Total amount paid by me was Rs 8642/-.

Hi This is Anwar Basha. On 24th april 2013 i got a call from click2resume.com , they said its a consultancy forum,where they provide guarantee job opportunity. that person said my resume got selected for L&t company and as it s back entry kind of thing, i need to pay them a initial amount of Rs 1300. I asked them to cal me after 2hrs, and exactly after 2hrs he called me(his name Vishal) and asked me to b online n log on to the website click2resume , they did my registration by filing up my general details. They asked me to select the amount from the list ,which was pre-existed there. then i clicked on Rs1797 as i was told before, and i paid by debit card(SBI). After that they said to continue the same procedure, again and again asked me to pay, i queried against it , some how they managed to convince me to pay saying son crap registration charges. I told to pay them later they said if i disconnect now, later i hav to start from the beginning and hav to pay the same amount again. Like this they maid me to pay thrice and every time i paid they were not telling the total amount , i click 1500 Rs the next time but they were cuttin the total amount and when i asked bout it . they told its just showing the total amount but you are paying only Rs3520. they fool innocent people. You can check its reviews and complains in websites , they have done this to many people. they take advantage of fresher's who are unemployed and badly need a job. they take all big companies name and fool people. after all the payment when i checked my money, i found they have reduced Rs 8250 from my account. that person promised that within 24hrs i will get my offer letter , within 4 days they will schedule an interview and within 7 days i will get my job. and repeatedly he was saying and promising the same thing. he gave 3 email address to forward my resume along with my marks card(scanned copy).
