I have Received a call from the click2resume.com on 13 th april 2013 and inform me about the Job vacancies in Big IT companies so they have ask me to register at their site by selecting their services like Document verification , Resume associate with Linked, Career Flash so total sum of Rs 13065 i have paid through internet banking but today i have received again call them to pay more 4000 Rs for Security Deposit then i come to the this company is just cheating the job seeker i have opted their services because i am job less from last 5 months so they took advantage of this and promise me to give me a job within 20 days , but today when they ask me to again pay for security deposit of Rs 4000 so i have denied them to pay and ask them to refund the paid amount of Rs 13065 then their executive simply refused to pay the refund amount and harshly says you go to anywhere Consumer Court or Register FIR in Police station we are not bothering hence i seek justice from this i will register FIR tomorrow but wanted to inform all JOB SEEKER to keep away from this company which are fraudent and FAKE Now who so ever duped by this company please come forward and teach them a lesson by Registering FIR. I want to inform to duped job seeker staying near Delhi please search their offices in Okhla Phase Delhi and in Noida and register a complaint near by Police station around this offices.

This is informed to you that we are received a call from click2resume.com (Job Consultant) on date 12th March,2013, executive are told me are you interested a new job, I have a accept a offer ,then received a call next day executive are told me again are you interested a registration with click2resume.com, executive are told me registration fee Rs.1300/-only on date 13th March 2013, executive are told me open the website then online registration process time I am asking a executive again are you sure detect only 1300/- only he is assure.
Then after complete registration process check credit card balance but present time is not showing then check after some day’s it’s is showing amount Rs.12353/- then after calling click2resume.com customer care executive are received a call he told me this amount is not possible to refund.
Dear sir I am request to you I want refund total amount in credit card, Sir if you told me before registration fee Rs.12353/- sir I am never registration with click2resume.com.
Sir many time call to customer care he is not ready to pay this amount pls try to understand my problem I am not able to pay this amount , I am already going financially circus , Pls help me…

I got a call fom click2resume.com, the person i as talking to was sumit kumar and Rohit (Dont know if these are their real names. they told me that they are providing assistance in job search for which i will have to pay INR 1050.00 for registration and that is the only charge for availing the service. the telecaller assured that the ere is no extra costs. As soon as i paid 1050 rs. the telecaller said i have to pay additional 1700 rs. for document verification.
the company is robbing people by giving false information. when i asked the person to refund my payment and told him that i do not trust him, he refusedto refund my money, saying that i is not as per company policy.

Now the company is not refunding my money and not even responding to my calls.

got a call from click2resume on 4th april-13 from no [protected] offering me a job for abroad . When I asked him about the details of the company, he said that it can be provided only if I go for their service "resume blaze" which cost only one time payment of rs.2000. I asked him several times if there is any hidden cost or other services associated with this. He said "no" only I have to pay rs. 2000. I payed it through their online portal- click2resume.Com on 4th of april-13. I was told I will get job offer within 10 days from the date of payment. After an hour I again received a call from click2resume nos is [protected], this time he said, thanks for opting their service, but it will be effective only if I go for another service that is "past employee verification" which will cost rs 3819. I protested for this and said that your previous executive said that I have to pay only rs 2000 and nothing else. But this time he refused and said that my rs2000 will be wasted if don't go for "verification services" so to save my rs 2000 I opted for the "verification services also for rs 3819.(Made online payment through their official website- click2resume.Com on 4th apr-13) after 1 hour again I received a call from click2resume. Again they came up with a new service called "resume writer". Again they said that if I don't opt for "resume writer", I will not get job offers and my profile will be on hold till I opt for their services. This time I shouted at them, but as they said that, my rs5000 will be wasted if I don't take their "resume writer services". So I asked them about the charges. They said that only rs 8143. I thought I had already paid them around rs 5000 so I can take a risk of paying them rs 8143 more. To remind you, all the payments were made through their online portal-"click2resume.Com" every time they needed the payment, the executive on the phone instructed me and I kept on clicking as per their instruction. I was shocked when I made the last payment for "resume writer" which was told to me for rs 11000.. I was really shocked to see this. At that time I didn't have any words to say. I was literately crying. I shouted at them for this fraud. But what all my money was gone. They have already cheated me and taken rs 22400 and now again they want rs10000. I have seen in web page there have number of complain in web page about this site.

So please help me to get back my money from them. They are just cheaters. And don't know how many peoples like me have been victimized by them. If any police f.I.R is required please let me know.

Call is being made to candidates from Click2resume.com for providing jobs in private banks on getting register with them on payment of nominal fee of Rs.1050. Executive claims that the banks have outsourced click2resume.com for job placements. They are making roving calls for the purpose. One of its executive gets in touch with candidate via phone when candidate agrees to come on line to get himself registered with them. Their executive guides the candidate in registration and when candidate gets himself registered by making payment. Then, they start misleading the candidate to pay additional amount for document verification, for creating social profile, for resume writing, for cover letter & so on. They compel the candidate to pay for such things saying these are the necessary requirements from HR of hiring banks without which they cannot forward the resume to those HR. These charges are not informed about at first instance. Rather these are informed about to candidates in part, that is, when candidate pays the first charges on being told by their executive as last payment, he is informed about the second charges & so on. And candidate gets compelled to pay these charges assuming that this is the last payment he needs to be made and even the excutive of this site gives assurance that this is the last payment candidate has to make. They falsely guarantee the candidate for 100% job placement & also promise to get the charges, so paid by candidate to them, refunded in first salary of candidate in terms of bonus.

COMPLAIN AGAINT CLICK2RESUME.COM (RAHUL SRIVASTAV AND ANIL KUMAR YADAV)
Respected Sir/Madam
1. On 4/4/2013 at 15.32 hrs I got a call from Rahul Srivastav saying he is from click2resume.com and his company provides job assistant to job seeker, and transferred the call to Anil Kumar Yadav his senior in the same company. Anil told me that on , online payment of Rs 1050/- he through his company click2resume.com, will assist/provide good job in good companies in Delhi NCR region. He told me me fill up online forms and registration and payments of Rs 1050/-. I did so and made online payment of Rs 1050 vide their receipt no. RB109305 (Service ID) &EBS payment ID 15609209.
2. But than again Anil started forcing me to fill up/payment form for Rs 3297/- and another payment of Rs 3038/- throught online payments,where as I clearly told Rahul and Anil that I can and will pay only (R) only Rs 1050/-. but Anil Yadav assured saying “ tention mat lo sir apka sirf 1050/- is katega” and I filled the form as Anil told and guided me,but immediately Total Rupees 7385/_ were deducted from my account, so I immediately objected to Anil Yadav and Rahul Srivastav for this misguiding and cheating and refused than and there to take their services and requested them to refund my whole amount (Rs 7385/-) but Anil Yadav and Rahul Srivastav arrogantly refused to refund my hard earned money back.
3. They provide me their contact numbers and email address. Phn no.[protected] & [protected] and emails id ; resume.[protected]@click2resume [protected]@click2resume.com & [protected]@click2resume.com , when I contacted these phn num and email ids , there was no response from there. and Anil Yadav told [protected] is toll free number but when I contact this number from my number [protected] three rupees were deducted.
4. service id for Payment of 3297/- is PF 109334 and for Rs 3038/- is IB 109355
5. You are requested to take very severe action againt this company click2resum.com and her employee Rahul srivstav and Anil Kumar Yadav, and my whole amount Rs 7385/- with compentation be refunded and paid to me.

HENCE THEY MISGUIDED/CHEATED FOR RUPEES 3297/- AND ANOTHER 3038/- .. NOW PLEASE HELP/SUGGESTED HOW TO GET BACK MY HARD EARNED MONEY FROM THEM .. me ([protected]) and tell me that i[censored] are searching the job then click2resume is a
better consultancy which provide u the better job opportunities in India
and Abroad.He ask me that where u want to job. them I told him that
Anywhere in india. then he told me that u have to deposit 1615 Rs. as a
registration fee.i told him ok.I deposit 1615 Rs in his company A/c

call him and ask when u will provide me a chance. then he told me that u
have to fulfill our registration form.now Mr. Aditya call me from
[protected] no. and told me that when u be online then call me, I will
tell u the Procedure to fulfill the registration form. 0n 19th March
2013 in evening I call to Mr. Aditya that I'm online Please tell me the
Procedure. In this form there was a page where i have to fulfill my
debit card information. then I ask to him that when i have deposit 1615
Rs in your company A/c then what is the requirement to fill my debit
card information. Then he told me that this is only verification process
u don't worry no money would be deducted from your A/c. I ask him again
and again that Please tell me no money would be deduct from My A/c then he tell me no money would be deduct. I enter 4 times my debit card information. And when I check my A/c. 14227 Rs has been deduct form my A/c.Next day when I call to Mr. Aditya to inform him that u cheat me then he told me this information was write down by u hence money could not be refund to u. And when I do the complain in their company then they told me that money is not refundable we will provide u the job opportunities. I have a recording in which Mr . Sumit ( Employer of click2resume) agreed that Mr. Aditya cheat me. But nobody help me to get back my money I have also called on their helpline no.[protected]. and also mail on [protected]@click2resume.com but nobody help me.Plz help me.

On 29th march i have received a call from click2resume.com regarding career service in mnc companies, they asked me to submit 1300 rs for the resume service , So i have paid that amount today after words again demanding 1800 rs for the profile verification so I refused that another request and asked to refund 1300 Rs. but those persons are not agree on it.

During introduction call representative didn't tell me that verification is required and it will cost 1800Rs.
So kindly advice me for above

I am a fresher looking for job in IT Industry.On 29th March i got a call from the company Click2Resume.com that Mr.Tushar is calling for providing job in MNC and for that you have to submit a charge of 1300Rs by using SBI Debit Cum-ATM card and forced that if i do not submit the charge then i will be blacklisted for job in reputed MNC and also gave me 110% assurance for the job and they told me that i have to submit this amount only. But they didn't said that after then they will again say for the same thing for other services payment.

So that time i feel that now they are doing fraud from me and i quickly google the fraud complains and i found more than 100 fraud complains are there so i asked form the executive and she replied that we are not fraud we provide 110% guarantee job and they also said that if you will not get job then u can make complain.

so i have deposited the amount and also i asked : is i have to submit any more amount and they replied no and after then transfer my call to next executive as i found the previous lady is gain on the same call with different name and now they were saying that you have to pay 2500rs for social networking profile and when i asked that i don't have balance in my Debit Card so they replied to take another card for this step else your earlier money will be wasted and she also that now this is the last step of the process so i again submitted the money form the another SBI Debit ATM Card.

and he said now you have completed you 1st part of process and now you have to do verification of your identity by providing details of your father and you have to create an account of your father and after then say started the same process as it was started with me but on that time i didn't have sufficient balance in my both ATM so i said now i cant pay and they replied if you didn't paid then your 11765Rs will be wasted and that time they told me to either complete process now else you can submit the cash of 9282Rs in the SBI account

click2 resume.com called me and gave me a offer , that you give Rs 1600 and we gave you the job surity. Then after taken Rs 1600, they told you have to give Rs 1725 and told this the last money that we will take from you. After that they told you have to give last part of money of RS 1000, to end this process. Then after that today they are forcing to give me Rs 6593. to give job surity. after denying several times, they told that only complete this process this is last and final. after taking this much of money now also they are forcing to give money for job surity, and telling that this is the last process. and when i told to refund my money they are totaly denying to give money. and told me that we will not give you any type of money.
Please sir , you take nesessary steps about this matter, and help me to refund my money.

I got a call from click2resume company for job and placement in india or abroad but they want some charges for this facilities according to them only pay 2000 rupees for abroad jobs its a guaranteed placement then i have impressed and then i have gone through according them instructions all the formalities i have done like online transaction to them accounts then again they told me you have to another charges 3297 rupees for verification charges then i have again done according to them. after this transaction they again told me last one small transactions like 1250 or 300 rupees only then i have done again of them. then they provide me some e mail id for submit the resume or my doc. then cut the the phone or said call later again.
but till now they don't pick the call or any mails respond. so please do some thing for me i have done a big mistake please do some thing i have lost 2000+3297+7609 etc. now i am giving the some information about company.....

i got a call from www.click2resume.com. then they blackmailed me that if i does not register myself on their website i will be blacklisted in mnc(multi national companies). so they forced me for deposit 1300 rs online. and promised that for provide a job in mnc's. then i have credited online form my account. and after some time they again forced me 2 credit 1400 rs for document verification. and again said if i will not pay then i will be disqualify and no job will be provided. i dont wanna deposit any money.

I have asked by a personnel from "Click2Resume" career service provider site to pay a sum of Rs. 1300 after that which he guarantees that the interview will be scheduled with the top MNC companies in a time span of 25 days, in our initial discussion he did not provide any other details/additional amount involved, later once the amount has been payed he requested 1797 & 1700 to perform verification by a third party vendor, I dont have any choice since looking for job I paid it... Again for resume formatting he asked 1750 rs were I stopped with that process, this results in hiding of information / cheating etc., I would like to get my money back (Rs.4800), I am not sure how such a fraud company was allowed to survive these many days.

2) Another important complaint is I suspect Phishing/Stealing of information is done on my laptop, before i login to their site he asked Desktop or laptop and later he asked which browser I use (i said Google Chrome), once my first payment is done, in a particular page my browser displayed "Jim has Broken your information with a blue screen" and got switched off automatically.... I fully agree some sort of information is stolen from my laptop, Please as a urgent process expedite and check this issue.

I received a call from click2resume.com of Mr.Shakil Ahemed for registration, he told me our registration charges is very low, I ask, how much. he told me Rs.1050 only and he also told me this company ISO company, and he call me several time,than i agree for registration, he told me registration process in on-line process, i told Ok, he call me at 7 Pm and call pass to Mr.Mayur & Sanjay, they told me, sufficient balance are in your account, i told yes, they start on line process and cut the Rs.13282.00 , i told many time to them about process, they told me . Online rahe, we are not charging more then Rs.1300, and i check me a/c they cut 13282. form my a/c,
Pl. help me and refund the money for click2resume.com other wise take action and lodge case on them.

the same thing happened to me also.they mentally torture u.
Day1:they called me at 3.30pm n asked me for registration.As i ws driving i told her to call the next day by 10am.
Day2:she called me back at sharp 10am.as i ws still on my way i told her to call after 1 n half hr.again at sharp 11.30 am she called me.as i ws in traffic i had nt reached home n told her to call after an hour.again she kept on calling bt i didnt recieve her call until i reached home.When i recieved her call,she guided me to open her website (the great site "www.click2resume.com") and continously insisted me on making payment.then i ws about to make payment bt all of sudden i told her that i would pay only after the appointment letter n their voice changed arrogantly.then i thought i ws trapped.then i realised they r trying to fool me cause the professional never talk that way.

Click2Resume is a company consisting of fraudlents. First they ask initial amount of 3200 and say that this is the one time amount but then again they call you for money for providing different services like resume writing, cover letter, telephonic interview and backdoor entries etc.
Every timt they call you you and ask consumer to pay for one thing or other and that too with no benefits to consumers. They are just there to make fool of customers. Please don't fall into their trap in hope of getting good job oppurtunities.

I got a call from click2resume fake consultance people and they influenced me to pay some amount for job in MNC. I payed Rs. 2800, after paying that I realized this is a fake consultancy.
Please help me to get my money back. Or atleast take action against them because my intention is no one will cheat after me.

This service provider is not trust worthy.
There are so many hidden services which we have to buy one after another.
First they tod if i pay 1050Rs then they forward my resume to the MNC.

So I have paid the amount then the person Anil Yadav told me i have to pay another 1482Rs for veryfication of profile I refuse to pay then he convince me and told me this is the last payment I have to do and after that I do not have to pay anythig and If I do not pay then my first payment is not refunded. So I Pay again. :(
After that he transfer the call to their senior person and their senior person told me to buy another service which cost is 1500Rs and telling me same if i do not pay then the previous payment is not refunded.This time I refused to Pay.

I have lost my previous two payments and they do not refunded me back.
Please I request you to all who read this please do not trust this service provider they all are fraud and cheaters.

I am registered on http://www.click2resume.com for job and they (Vivek) tell me that you have to pay one time only RS 1300.00 for job in the some company and when i pay that amount they ask me to pay RS 3297.00 more for some verification process but before that day he don't tell me that you have to pay for some verification process which is demanded by the company. Please help me...
