[Resolved] Clovia.com — Company Refusing to delete although it is mentioned in their Privacy Policy

I Manik wants to permanently delete my Clovia Account, it is clearly mentioned in clovia Privacy Policy 13. Paragraph 1 that Customer can request Account Deletion but when I send a mail to clovia Customer Support they refuse it. I have multiple times mentioned that it is written on your Privacy Policy but they ignore it. So I am taking your help to address my issue.
