      Had the worst experience buying clothes from this site. It was very disappointing that they did not even try to resolve the issue even after complaining. Pathetic service and very unprofessional to not provide any support or solution after complaining.

      till date not received my order.

        Hello Team,
        I've ordered a product on 15th May and got it on 20th May within 5 days. But due to size issue i've requested for replacement on the same day i.e. 20th May. You've scheduled my pick up on the next day and i got a message aswell that my pick up will be done on that day with your shadowfax agent contact number. He never called me but i called him several times and every time he said yes ma'am coming but he neither came nor he call me once. I waited for 3 days for him, lastly he said i dont have your pick up order number and when i tried to check my order status on shadowfax site i can saw that the status was cancelled. I have not done anything then how can my order got cancelled that day? What kind of service it is?
        Worst service ever. You scheduled my parcel pick up two times but no one come to take it.
        Now i've requested for return, i don't want any exchange product now. I am continuously contacting clovia customer care number and whats app and email aswell but no one is able to solve my issue. And God knows what you have done with my phone number, from last two days in the middle of the conversation call got disconnected every time. I never faced this type of issue from Amazon, Flipkart etc.. You really dont value your customer.
        Just take your product and give me full refund.

          The money has been deducted from my credit card but order was not placed. I connected with Clovia's consumer care number and they said due to technical glitch they cannot confirm the payment and asked me to wait for 24 hours.
          There is no response for the mail I sent. My question is -
          1. If I have received the confirmation from your payment gateway partner and money has been deducted from my card, which I had already sent as an screenshot, why cannot you check and confirm ? Technical glitches doesn't last for one to two days that we also understand !
          2. Why am I not receiving any response on the mail, atleast the ticket should be raised.
          3. There are items which are out of stock now, the offers which just ended, why should I pay more or change my items because something happened at your end ?

          The order has been placed by the company, without any extra charges or product changes. They connected back confirmed on payment received and placed the order accordingly which got reflected in my app also

            This is regarding product ID 9755666.
            Neither refund amount is reflected in clovia account nor bank account. Where is it gone?

            I request to clovia to show the proofs of transferring the amount from clovia to bank account.

            Hope the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

              Since 26th March it showed Out for delivery and I got a text message. Then at the end of the day I am getting a text message that "Customer wants the delivery in future".
              This happend on 26th, 27th and 28th March. Neither the delivery guy called me nor I told him to postpone the delivery date.
              Even after raising complaints from 26th March its not resolved yet..

                  I had placed an order using Clovia app, paid over 3K using UPI and still the order didn't get placed. This is a common issue and I have seen many other posts regarding this. Have mailed their customer care + grievance team. Waiting for their response. Plus the whatsapp business account is not helpful at all.

                            I have ordered sportswear but delivery person was ready to come on a given address and was asking me to come at a main gate of a campus. He refused to delivere garments which I have ordered and was very arrogant. It was bad experience with respect to servicing.

                              I have ordered 2 Pajama set on 9th Jan2022. I received those order on 17
                              January 2022. One of them I replaced order . Delivery boy picked my parcel
                              on 18 January 2022. But my replaced parcel not received yet to me . It's
                              been 15 days now you are taking time to process my order. There is no
                              progress showing in your shopping website for that order. I am following
                              up with your customer care representative daily from 15 to 20 days .Everyday they are saying same statement that your issue is escalated will resolve on 24 to 48 hours . Still no progress.. now your representative is saying that I have not placed order from your website. We cant deliver or refund order ... you can check all records .. you are providing very poor customer service .
                              This is very unprofessional as we put trust on you. This is not a
                              good behaviour for a company like you. I am new customer and first time I
                              have gone through such disgusting experience .. I hope you will consider
                              this as request and refund my money back to my account in today itself.. I
                              am tired of following up for order tracking .

                                I had got refund amount of Rs 972 in clovia wallet whiçh automatically got deducted to zero without placing any order or any transaction from my side. Upon calling customer care on first day they said some other user id which doesn't belong to me has done the shopping of that amount also that userid appears to me spam. On second day calling customer care they replied that amount is been transferred to other person's account which doesn't belong to me. How can app automatically do the transaction and shopping, this is completely unrealiable and fraud. Clovia is not trusted app to use any financial scam can be done.

                                  Amount of Rs. 170 was deducted from my HDFC bank account via PhonePe payment at 9:25pm on 22/01/2022 but the order was not placed and the items are still showing in my cart even after payment.

                                  I contacted Clovia on their given whatsapp number and stated the problem. To which they replied that the amount deducted but items still in cart problem occurred due to unavailability of the items. They mentioned that once the items will be back in stock, the order will get automatically placed within 7 days. And therefore, after 3 days of complaint registeration, I got my issue resolved as the order got placed automatically supposedly on the account of items coming back in stock. Thank you.

                                      I have placed an order of 1359 on Clovia app and paid via gpay. The money has been deducted from my account and I received the confirmation email from the bank for the same. However, the application has no orders reflecting on my account. The agents are not addressing the issue, look into this ASAP
                                      I chose Clovia to support Indian brands but this is utterly unexpected and unacceptable functioning of clovia

                                        I placed an order on 25th December for Rs. 1711 and the order ID is 10690976. I payed the through phonepe and the transaction was successful. But I have got no order history on the app. When I tracked my order using order ID it showed that payment is still pending. Please resolve this.
