Returned the product not yet refunded since 20 days

I have ordered some iner wears, i dint like the product so i have returned it ..but till iw i dint get any refund form ur side...

Hacked account

Hi

My clovia account has been hacked and my email id is changed in clovia account.
correct email id: mehta*****@gmail.com
hackers email id: [protected]@gmail.com

On 17th march 22, morning at 4am I received an otp which must have been received by the hacker over email. He tranaferred my clovia wallet amount(771rs) to his paytm.

I called your customer care and executive was not...

Order not placed post successful payment

I had placed an order using Clovia app, paid over 3K using UPI and still the order didn't get placed. This is a common issue and I have seen many other posts regarding this. Have mailed their customer care + grievance team. Waiting for their response. Plus the whatsapp business account is not helpful at all....

Amount got deducted but order not placed

I paid 2099 through gpay to buy some nightwears payment got deducted but order not placed items are still in the cart. Need my money back....

Regarding delivery of garments

I have ordered sportswear but delivery person was ready to come on a given address and was asking me to come at a main gate of a campus. He refused to delivere garments which I have ordered and was very arrogant. It was bad experience with respect to servicing....

Non delivery of order

I have ordered 2 Pajama set on 9th Jan2022. I received those order on 17
January 2022. One of them I replaced order . Delivery boy picked my parcel
on 18 January 2022. But my replaced parcel not received yet to me . It's
been 15 days now you are taking time to process my order. There is no
progress showing in your shopping website for that order. I am following
up with your customer care representative daily...

Clovia wallet amount became 0.00

I had got refund amount of Rs 972 in clovia wallet whiçh automatically got deducted to zero without placing any order or any transaction from my side. Upon calling customer care on first day they said some other user id which doesn't belong to me has done the shopping of that amount also that userid appears to me spam. On second day calling customer care they replied that amount is been transferred to other person's account which doesn't...

I'm complaining about the deduction of amount but no order placed from Clovia.com website

Amount of Rs. 170 was deducted from my HDFC bank account via PhonePe payment at 9:25pm on 22/01/2022 but the order was not placed and the items are still showing in my cart even after payment.

Please resolve the issue and confirm whether the amount will be refunded or the order can be replaced....

Didn't get my refund, customer care is not responding

Cancelled a prepaid order and was supposed to get my refund in the wallet instantly but after 2 days got no refund still....

Payment done but no confirmation from Clovia, can't track my order

I have placed an order of 1359 on Clovia app and paid via gpay. The money has been deducted from my account and I received the confirmation email from the bank for the same. However, the application has no orders reflecting on my account. The agents are not addressing the issue, look into this ASAP
I chose Clovia to support Indian brands but this is utterly unexpected and unacceptable functioning of clovia...

Money deducted but says payment pending

I placed an order on 25th December for Rs. 1711 and the order ID is 10690976. I payed the through phonepe and the transaction was successful. But I have got no order history on the app. When I tracked my order using order ID it showed that payment is still pending. Please resolve this....

Refund not provided.

I had placed an order with ID 10170733 ON 28TH Oct 2021 and paid the full amount of Rs 839 at the time of order. The delivery reached the final destination, but the delivery partner did'nt contact me and Clovia cancelled the order, even after multiple calls and enquiries from my side. The product is returned to Clovia as per tracking page but the refund is not yet issued. I have contacted them many times, but they always ask for 2 days time...

I have raised the complain almost one month before but they are not give the status of my complained.
Every time I called, they said we work on it but really they need a one month + time....

I ordered 2 night dresses from clovia.com and paid for it using Paytm, even got the payment confirmation from my bank and Paytm but the same wasn't shown in clovias site or app, I haven't received any confirmation and can't see that my order.
I've also attached a proof of my payment...

Payment got deducted but my order still in pending

Address:No: 33 p.Mynar muthuramalinga thevar street, kalimuthu nagar madurai

On 17th Nov I did place my order with order id 10337567 with phonepay and my money got deducted from my account but I didn't receive any confirmation mail or msg of my order. But when I track the order. It's written on the tracking page that payment is still pending for this order. Please check the attached screenshot. I already paid for the order. If the order Not received I need my money asap...

Order confirmation

I have Ordered today active wears 2times worth rs 2550 and also make the payment online through Phone pe and didn't get any order confirmation both the times and also it is not showing in my order section of application .
What to do now ?
