Amount of Rs. 170 was deducted from my HDFC bank account via PhonePe payment at 9:25pm on 22/01/2022 but the order was not placed and the items are still showing in my cart even after payment.

Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted Clovia on their given whatsapp number and stated the problem. To which they replied that the amount deducted but items still in cart problem occurred due to unavailability of the items. They mentioned that once the items will be back in stock, the order will get automatically placed within 7 days. And therefore, after 3 days of complaint registeration, I got my issue resolved as the order got placed automatically supposedly on the account of items coming back in stock. Thank you.
