[Resolved] Clovia.com — Not able to return the item even after multiple follow up

I have received the products and am not satisfied with the quality. I have followed up multiple times with the customer service on this. everyday they say EOD the status will be updated. however the expected delivery date keeps going forward from 6th march to 10th and now to 14th.
My concern is even after delivering the product why it is taking too long to get upadted in the app
