My clovia account has been hacked and my email id is changed in clovia account.
correct email id: mehta*****@gmail.com
hackers email id: [protected]@gmail.com
On 17th march 22, morning at 4am I received an otp which must have been received by the hacker over email. He tranaferred my clovia wallet amount(771rs) to his paytm.
I called your customer care and executive was not able to help as she(Mrinalika) did not have access to update my correct email id. Rather ahe asked me to wait for such crucial issue for few days (due to holi).
My bank details are in clovia account and must be visible to the hacker too. Clovia will be reaponsible for any other loss including Rs771 of my clovia wallet.
Your team should be cautious with customers data or someone from your team is part of this hacker group if they only have the access to update email id.
I am not sure how many of your customers are being inpacted with this. I will soon post this on social media too so that others get an alert.
Do refund of my Rs 771 asap and then delete my account from clovia database to avoid other hacking to my personal/bank details.
