[Resolved]  Clovia.com — Money deducted but order not placed.

The money has been deducted from my credit card but order was not placed. I connected with Clovia's consumer care number and they said due to technical glitch they cannot confirm the payment and asked me to wait for 24 hours.
There is no response for the mail I sent. My question is -
1. If I have received the confirmation from your payment gateway partner and money has been deducted from my card, which I had already sent as an screenshot, why cannot you check and confirm ? Technical glitches doesn't last for one to two days that we also understand !
2. Why am I not receiving any response on the mail, atleast the ticket should be raised.
3. There are items which are out of stock now, the offers which just ended, why should I pay more or change my items because something happened at your end ?

Complaint marked as Resolved 
The order has been placed by the company, without any extra charges or product changes. They connected back confirmed on payment received and placed the order accordingly which got reflected in my app also
