I placed an order on the Clovia website with Order ID: 22767108. It has been over one month, and I have not received the product. Despite waiting patiently and contacting Clovia customer support multiple times, there has been no positive response or resolution.

Neither have I received my order, nor has my refund been processed. The delay and lack of communication are completely unacceptable and have caused mental distress.

I request the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and take necessary action to ensure I receive a full refund or the product at the earliest.
