Feb 11, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Jan 11, 2019 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, very sorry for this, currently we charge pick up fee, but if you receive defective or wrong items, we will bear shipping charge for you. As per payment currency, we may consider changing from USD to rupees in the future so customers wont suffer exchange rate fluctuation loss.

The club factory customer care is not pick up my call . I called it more and more time . I purchase a lady jacket from club factory with payment from Paytm UPI. But I didn't like that jacket. So I return that. But it's payment had not received. and it's transection and order have deleted from app automatically.
