I placed order for couple of products from club factory and i received an email from them sayin one the them is not in the stock. They have put that money in the balance in my app account.
Its 36 aed. But if i want to use that 36 aed i have to again make a purchase of min 147 aed for free shipping. Well i am really upset why would you you do this to your customers. I[censored] don’t have the product u should tell us before ordering after i made the payment and all after 10days i am being notified that product is out of stock. I am gonna write a blog regarding this if any one of you don’t solve my query. I have all the right to give my reviews about club factory. This is really unprofessional.
I want to use my money without min purchase of 147aed. After this i don’t wannna spend another 147 on club factory. Its a money making process from ur end. Y wud someone give extra money like in my case, the product that was out of stock its was 36 aed. I want to use that and that’s it y should i pay extra shipping for the same again i have already made payment on my previous order more then 200aed its a mistake from ur side. U cannot put 36aed in my account and make money because u know, someone stupid only will use that and pay extra shipping again. Kindly revert asap.

I want my money back in my bank account.
Its already been a week and club factory is fooling me with the same reply to update my app. Well its already updated how much more to update i[censored] don’t want to give me my money tell me i can very well go to consumer act.

It says clearly on the site about returning the product
It want to return one dress and one tee shirt coz tee shirts as it looks in the picture is completely different the picture shows it has long sleeves and the one i have got is short sleeves. Its a fake company
