[Resolved] Club Factory — unethical behavior, scam, things not delivered, bogus company | |||
I ordered for few things on club factory. First there was no cash on delivery available, so i made online payment. After the payment was made, immediately i got a confirmation sms with tracking details. After 15 days of order, the tracking showed rescheduled pickup from day one. When i checked with the courier company, the courier company said that they are going everyday to pickup stuff from club factory, but they have not handed over my order yet. After many attempts finally got club factory's customer care number. When i called them, they said they have not received the payment. And the guy was asking for my debit card number with details to check if they have received the payment. He also shared a whatsapp number to send the payment proof. I have sent all, but yet to receive any reply from them. Customers beware of club factory. Do not be fooled!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
