Club factory — kindly refund my money

I have ordered 2 shirts on 13th march and the estimated delivery date was around 20 th. My order no so15122315. Kindly refund my money. When i spoke to the customer care they are saying the order has been canceled. They are asking for my card details for a refund which i think thts not right to share my card details to anyone. Kindly refund the money...

I had received a message on August 28th that the item is shipped with xpressbees.

However I have not received it yet. Also everytime I call club factory the response comes as busy on another call.I even tried to contact xpressbees but it seems there is no order with this tracking number .

I had placed an order with order number: SO58737422 on 24th October 2018, but Still i have not received my order. It has been a month already and the shipping date was on 11th November 2018.

However I have not received it yet. Also everytime I call club factory the response comes as busy on another call.I even tried to contact xpressbees but it seems there is no order with this tracking number .

Please help regarding the delay in shipment.
I have placed an order on 12th June and it is still not delivered. Worst online website for shopping... I strongly recommend to not to trust club factory anymore
I placed an order for 3 items on 16th June and the estimated delivery date was around 4th July. The payment has already been done. My order no SO[protected]. There is not way to contact or anything. The customer care number is always busy. So if you can't deliver my order then please refund my money since I am not able to cancel the order because its already been shipped. Please look into it.

    unethical behavior, scam, things not delivered, bogus company

After the payment was made, immediately i got a confirmation sms with tracking details. After 15 days of order, the tracking showed rescheduled pickup from day one. When i checked with the courier company, the courier company said that they are going everyday to pickup stuff from club factory, but they have not handed over my...

      Greetings

      I wanted to return two items from Club Factory. The number available on google for Club Factory's customer care service was [protected]. I gave a call to them and they asked for my card number, cvv and expiry. After this, they asked me to give them the OTP that I received. This happened 6 times and then I got a message saying that Rs.4000 was deducted from my account. They showed a transaction from www.oxigenwallet.com txn#[protected].
      I called the number mentioned above again and asked them if they were really from club factory, they didn't sound genuine. They kept changing their voices in each call. In the last call, they were rude and sounded like some one who wasn't from the club factory office.

      Please acknowledge this matter as soon as possible. It's urgent.

            I have ordered a jackets from club factory vide order no. So14535389 on 03.03.2018 and the payment was made by debit card of rs.1966/- but the company cancelled my order on 06.03.2018 due to unavailability of the product and sent me a message that the money will be refund. The massage attached herewith for your ready reference. I was contract with customer care service for refund my money but they were wants my sixteen digit debit card number along with its expiry date for refund the money. I refused to giving them as they asked. Now i have no idea how i can refund the money from the club factory. I request you to kindly make an arrangement for refund my money. Thanking you.

              Order no.[protected] which placed on 7th of march 2018.. Was said by you to be delivered on 23rd of march'18.. Today i. E.28th of march i am receiving a message to review and rate my items which still not delivered to me... Why is it taking forever... Or where those people have thrown my order... I really want to know... I saw people already have complained about you guys... You never receive our calls.. Totally cut off.... Next time i'll not order... It's seems fraud...                       Dear club factory, i bought 1 product on march 13, 2018 with order number so15106172 with. I received the product on march 27, 2018 with tracking number[protected].
                      Actually, the bag item number a12-1-61 did not match to original pictures and the product get damaged too. I paid this products by online payment methods through paytm.
                      So i kindly request to you take back the product and refund my money through original payment methods or any payment methods as soon as possible...

                          I have placed my order on 10th of march and still not received any update on it and there is no contact number or im not getting any option to contact daily it is mentioned that pickup rescheduled for next day and if i chat with represntatives they just say they have forwrded and do nothing they are waste no one is bothered about customers im completely left helpless wasted so much of money on this app ill sue you people either courier my order or refund my money i spoke with ecom as well they informed me that clubfactory has not sent out the items to them i will take this to social media and court and sue you people if i dont get a response and update on my order.

                                My order number is s[protected], i have ordered product 15 days back i have not received my product yet. Kindly look into it or refund my money. The service is pathetic, i am unable to reach customer. They are just eating up all their customers money. I want my money back, they are one of the worst service provider.

                                  Dear club factory, i bought 07 products on march 11, 2018 with order number so15046753 with. I received the products on march 23, 2018 with tracking number[protected].
                                  Actually, one of the items, the bag item number f30-04-12 xxx00668854n did not match to original pictures and to me also. I paid this products by online payment methods through my credit card.
                                  So i kindly request to you take back the product and refund my money through original payment methods or any payment methods as soon as possible.

                                      I had order on 1 march and still havent recieved my parcel. The status show "pick up resheduled for next day" every day from 15 march. Today i contacted the delivery agent ecom express they said they have no recieved any parcel from club factory.
                                      What is the delay about?
                                      The club factory executive everyday says that they have pushed the delivery partner but nothing's changed.
