    I had attended the promotion drive of CGH held on 29th December 2015 at Pacific Mall, Anand Vihar, New Delhi. There I had purchased 5 year membership (that they called Vacation Ownership) by paying Rs.55000 via my Credit Card. In process to convert the amount into 12 months EMIs my bank is charging me interest for Rs.5233. I too like to share that the interest rate of Rs.5233 that bank is charging is forfeited by CGH to me via cheque.

    I requested to cancel my membership on 30th December 2016 by writing mail to them on [protected]@gmail.com, while I was ready to surrender the CGH cheque that they gave me to pay the interest.
    As per contract if i ask them to cancel my membership within the 7 days of purchase then they will charge Rs.15000 (as processing fee) and rest they will refund me, but after 2 months of follow-ups to get this cancellation done they today (2nd March 2016) denied to do so.

    Request you to please help me in getting this cancellation done and get my refunded money back.

    Hi Team, Need to highlight this situation happening with many other people as well. CGH is cheating many more people who call me after reading this complain. Their way of getting cheated is in the same pattern
    1. One of their representative would meet you in malls or shopping complex and ask you to fill a small form (small form are easy to be filled by people) by your name and contact number
    2. Next day you will get a call of getting selected for a free stay of 3N/4D as their promotional drive and to collect the tickets you need to reach with your partner (spouse) to their place
    3. Their they will introduce you with exclusive offer of around 30 days stay in 5star hotel that can be get in 5 Year / 10 year membership for 55000 to 1 lakh respectively
    4. As they show you the value of your money that you pay them today to what you pay to 5star hotel at the time your travel. If you ask them to give time to think on it and come afterwards then they will say it is valid till today
    5.You will find your self lucky to get such offer as it is not common and trust them to pay (their you get trap)
    In my case they agreed to refund my money back after cutting 15000 but after 7 months they refund after cutting 25000 i.e. to after hell lot of followups. We are planning to file legal complain so that they donot do the same with other people

      Dear CGH Victims,

      I have been cheated by this fraud company by Rs.48000/- on[protected] at
      Pacifica Mall, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. As per a news item in TOI dt[protected]
      Noida Sector-20 police has arrested 3 cheaters of this fraud company from
      Sector-27 Mall. I request all the victims to please unite and lodge FIR
      in police stations. I am going to lodge police complaint soon and will
      also file case in the court.

        We are trying to book hotels from Club group as we are member and our Membership Number is NAMC-1200.
        However they initially charge 45000 rs from us for a memebrship and commit lot of things like
        1. If we book hotels one month in advance then they will provide us the bookings.

        2. They will provide passes of the activities performed in nearest city

        3. Free Cake and Champion on anniversary and Birthday, unfortunately being a member, we have never received this gift.

        When we try to book hotel everytime they deny that they don't have bookings, we waste our money as per the commitments committed at the time of membership.

        I still understand the problem of a service industry that too in hospitality sector. But the kind of delay you guys are doing is going out of basket.
        Pl help us getting our money back

          Dear All,

          Really, all the negative posts are true. I can tell you by my own experience, the CGH people are fraud. Once you visit their office they give you luring offers and not let you go without charging something.
          My membership no. is NAMC-1458, I tried to book for manali in off season i:e in january 2016 and still they had'nt given me the confirmation. Moreover, they even don't respond to the emails and calls. I tried to reach their head-office but they also reacted in the same way.
          I had really done a mistake by taking the membership of this fraud company.

          I request to all to not to take membership of this company.
          To those who are cheated by this company please lodge a police complain against them for cheating and fooling people.

            During a presentation (called me to take part in presenation) they give me a pakage of 5N/6D holiday pakage with breakfast and dinner for 2 familes+free coupons for 3n/4d for 2 familes(without fooding).(in mimium 5 star properies in their associated resorts)
            but after 10 days when i demand to give me accomodation in resorts for my flexible dates they denied by saying that accomodation is not avaible and also denied all conditions of the agreement.
            after that i initiate a mail for refund but they are not responding to my mail, and not piking my phone.

            i need full amount of 20000 back with interest imidiately from the company.
            pl. help me to resolve the issue.

              Hi, I have taken the Club group of Hotels Membership for 5 years as per which I am untitled to get 25 nights (as membership) + 2nights (free) + 3nights (free as joining bonus) at their Hotels and associates properties. As per the policy I need to inform then just 1 week prior. I informed them 2 months prior but no reservation given. Even they do not reply and gets the things postponed. When we plan a holiday travel, we need to plan office leaves, transportation, accommodation and other things. Club Group of Hotel representatives do not provide the confirmation and things get delayed. Then virtue of time, we need to cancel the holiday plans as it is wastage to plan if you do not have any accommodation confirmation. Their CUSTOMER CARE service is very poor. There is no customer care actually. Only one person is managing and replying the phone calls and mails. It is very difficult to get the accommodation. I paid the membership amount in one payment and getting No SERVICE. They are doing fraud by making false promises at the time when you take membership and give NO SERVICE. I am very much disappointed with them. I send emails to : - club group of hotel CGH, Customer Care, [protected]@ssrpl.com But not getting any prompt, satisfactory and needed reply.
              Club Group Hotels is a Fraud company. No Customer Care, No Customer relationship values, No sense of Hospitality...Poor Management.

There were group of 15 people who have already submitted their application in police station. If anyone else read this, can go to sector 20, noida police station and give your application with all supporting documents in reference to same FIR.

                this group also have one office in palam vihar gurgaon, These are the real cheaters. These just say anything just to sell there membership and later on deny for all main attraction . They give you the attraction of 5* property but they themself dont have any 5* property . Dont leave these frauds ...get them into cell along with all seniors who are supporting this group when customer approch them to help .

                take out your money with intrest, and instead of taking the package from them . Its time to give them the package for the cell. File your complaints

                  My Membership no is NAMC-3420, I haven't received my DAE card till date even after complete payment of Rs 95, 000 has been done thru my SBI credit card on dated[protected].I contact 10-15 times for dispatch of DAE card and every time they promised that you will get your card within a week time.But not received till date

                      Kindly don't pay even a single peny as these company is complete fraud and forget costumers after payment. they told you they provide this and that and done fake agreement too on Delhi Stamp paper but in writing they doesn't provide anything to you. they told everything you get on mail but not a single mail is sent by the company after payment. if you are victim like me then just dispute transaction your transaction if you payed by credit card or debit card. don't even think and believe on their single word i am victim and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.. in case any one is going on consumer court or police drop a mail i will support that person. it is greatest fraud company i had ever seen.

                        I hv purchased ur club membership no. MCPD317 ON 26 JUN 2015, AMOUNT 50000, TENURE 5 Yrs. We were promised by Mr. Yashwant Negi that if we make full payment one time we will get 4 domestic air tickets i.e. 2 return tickets. Now ur customer care executives are saying that company never gives air tickets. Mr. Yashwant is saying that he never said that. We have already sent the written proof to Yashwant, Mr. Subhash Badoni n Mr. Uttam Kumar Rai. Still not getting response. We need our 50000 back in any case...

                          Dear All I received a call from club group of hotels from ansal plaza south delhi on 23rd September 2015 on pretext of offering free holiday voucher for 3 nights/4 days stay at their resorts/hotels in few local destinations. I asked them to forward the same through email but they insisted me to visit their office with my wife to collect the voucher. I asked why u r providing it for free...they said it is promotional one as our company past 25 year. So after several request I visited their office in ansal plaza south ex from gurgaon which took me 1 and half hour by car on 27 September. I reached there and at 3 pm with my wife and took 1 hour of class for joining their membership of group clubs...after several argument the staff became rude when I did not accept their offer and rather insisted on free trail before becoming member. Finally all executive failed to transform my mind they gave me the voucher and today on 28 September 2015 I was shocked to know that I need to pay compulsory rs.1200/- per person only for dinner that means I have to pay 3000/- rupees per day only for dinner ...total 9000/- for three days may be taxes r extra to enjoy their FREE VOUCHER ...with their listed hotels... Plz be aware of such touts...they can make a big hole in pockets... Now can anyone from club group of hotels tell me how to get free holiday at your resort. Regards Lalit

                              I also filled a form in Big Bazar and got a call from club group of hotels and I went to their Hudco Place office, Mr Moti Ranjan gave me the presentation about their membership and benefits, but after hearing the amount (1, 25, 000) I was not interested to take the membership, then they offered me a trial pack and I took it. I booked at their alpine club at nainital for 10-12. Mr. Ranjan helped me to get this booking done, though their customer care informed me that they have a policy that during peak seasons one needs to book at least 30 days in advance. The stay at Alpine Club was very good and the staff was very helpful especially Mr. Deepak. Only problem is that their property is 2 kms away from mall road and it is a steep climb back to the resort. Sasi Madambi

                                As you can see from various reviews on the internet, they have a lot of ways to dupe people. This is what happened in my case. They planted their guy at Big Bazaar at GIP mall, Noida. He had us fill a form and lied to our face saying that we will be enrolled in a "lucky draw" where we can win a "free vacation" to various places in India. Then, the following evening, we got a call from a Mr. Aditya from Club Group of Hotels, Sab Mall, Sec-18, Noida. He informed us that we have won the "lucky draw", we can choose from 10 locations from all over India. Some of the locations were - Mt. Abu, Nainital, Daman & Diu, Goa, etc. We will get free stay for 3 nights and 4 days, free access to all the amenities at the hotel - such as Gym, Swimming Pool, etc, an optional discount of 50-60% on Food and travel expenses we will have to bear. He said my father and my mother will have to come collect the vouchers since my mother filled the form at the Big Bazaar. I asked him several times whether we have to pay anything, and the Aditya lied to me several times saying the company doesn't even want a single coin from you. But, my parents went there and - you have to buy their annual membership to get the free vacation!! These are just liars and who shouldn't be trusted.

                                  I have taken the package of 25000/- in Dec'14. Complete team is bunch of fraud people. They commit us that anytime I can cancel the package and take the money (except service tax), few days back when I contacted them for cancellation as we are moving to our native place; they denied. They said you have to take the holidays. Fraud people.

                                    Hi, I took the package of 25000 in Dec 2014 with the commitment by Ravi kumar that if we will not provide the services we will refund the money . Till now I tried to book my holidays 2 times but they didn't confirm till now even though after multiple follow ups . Now we have not take any services from this group and we want our money back than they are saying money is nos refundable and against the agreement. So please help us to get the money back and take action against this company which is cheating with innocent people.

                                      I just attended their session, which I was told max 1 hour but they took more than 2 hours. They offered me a free gift voucher on call on attending session but after attending they said only if I book package then only I'll receive that voucher and that was with hidden admin charges. They asked I don't need to pay initially at the time of signing but at the time of booking thye asked to me pay it It is clear case of cheating. They promised me so many things and not mailing me all the facilities which they offered. Just to attract customer they offer so may things but after that they show they real picture. Moreover they offer different prices for same plan to different customer, there is no sign of professionalism.

                                        I took membership of Mountain Club in April 2009 vide membership no. MCBIL- 0607 ( Red season) in name of Dhrubv / T.R.Goyal for 30 years membership. I had made them a request in July, 2014 for booking of resort at Goa from 23rd to 27th Jan, 2015 for 4members of my family. After so many reminders to them, I got a mail from them that my booking for these days are confirmed. However, I didn't receive any details of the resort booked and further vouchers for the stay. I have been continuously following them for the update. But there is no response at all. At the time of taking the membership, I was informed that as I am taking Red Season so I have to make advance intimation for booking at least 45 days only. In this case I have intimated them 6 months in advance. Still no response. This is the height of their poor service. What should I do now. Please take an immediate action in this regard as I have already made my flights booking for these days. Thanks T.R.Goyal [protected]
