They are calling customers, saying we will explain about our company for 45 minutes to 1 hr and then will be given free holiday voucher for 6 night, 7 days. However if you dont become there member, they hand our voucher which has hidden charges like Admin fees. And that too is good amunt like 3000 for 2 nights or 6 thousand for 6 nights. Club group of hotel is simply fooling customers

      I have seen many people affecting by frauds commitment by Club Group of Hotels Sales team. I have taken 2 years validity Trial Package of Membership worth Rs.15000/- Agreement No: EMMC0153 through its EDM mall, Ghaziabad branch from Pandey and Mr. Shahbaz Khan (VM). Club Group of Hotels agents are committing all facility at the time of booking / demo and comparing all facility same as provided by 5 star hotel. Committed facilities with me: 1). Buffet System without any cost. 2). Pick and Drop facility from Hotel to railway station without cost. 3). Local Sightseeing Tour facility. 4). Many other accessories. After taking membership package, on the time of booking hotel, person told me no committed facility provide by "Club Group of Hotels". Please help me.         Sir, I am julie mishra, I want to complain against Club Group of Hotels (Destination Resorts India Pvt Ltd) for false promises and cheating. I have been cheated for sum of Rs 15,000. (Receipt attached). On 04/08/2013, I got a call from Club Group for free 3n/4 days hotel stays gift voucher & glass set. And I have to just listen to their presentation about their group and RCI . ms lovee & the manager offer me membership for Approx Rs 1,10000.which I rejected and then they offer me to buy 2yr trial package for Rs 15,000. for 1 Week travel voucher each for two year. They also mis-informed and false promise that I can use this voucher on home properties & tie up hotels free of cost only i have to give the taxes.travel discounts,food packages,all are included in this trial packages.even i can rent my 14 days to some one else with in two yrs. they told me that i have to pay only fuel charges,discount on train or flight ticket.40 to 50% off on resturant.i can enjoy all the activity like spa,water activity in their home properties in gurgaon, after 2days later i talk to rci corporate office,the customer care executive told me totally different things.(no discount on train or flight ticket,no discount on resturant,only one week for 2yrs,)i enquired about this things to ms lovee(empoyee of club gr.of hotels,west gate mall,rajouri garden)she told me that they did'nt yet send our paper to corporate ofc,so not to bother about it. Later they did't receive my call when i call from different no. than they rec the call and talk to my husband rudely,& straightly denied about all the above facility,& promises which they hv told me earlier.they cheated me.they did'nt dispatch me the membership card yet..in the paper they filled administrative fee rs. 15,000,balance due rs.95,000. i repeatedly ask them about this balance due,they told me that this amount only i have to pay in future if i like to take membership of 10 yrs,not the total 110000.after 2yr trial pack. they have cheateed me. so now i want my money back. I want to complain against Club group of hotels for false promises and cheating.

        HOTEL — cheating

        dear sir,
        i was stay a hotals in dadar they told me rent for room is 900 rupees including all the taxes but at the time of check out they asked me for 1700 rupees.when i refuse to give them money they abouse me and force to give money i was feared and give them 1700 /- . but sir this very rediculas if that time i couldnt give money i dont know ,what did happen .
        so pls consider it and take appropiate action for them.

          On 28th July I have taken an Trail package (RED group) of Club group of Hotel at Jasola, Living style mall, shop no 111, 1st Floor, New delhi where Mr Sukesh Kohli has given me some commitment which is mentioned below

          When I have confirmed the same from your Janakpuri & Kalkaji Headoffice then I found that I was cheated by your employees (Sukesh & Waseem)

          Please have a look on the below mentioned commitment vs. comparison

          The total amount of this trail package is 17000

          Mr. Sukesh Kohli has swapped my credit card worth Rs 16500 and told me that Rs 500 will be added as an processing fee and Total amount of Rs 17000 will be converted in to 6 equal EMI

          Few commitment Sukesh Kohli gives me

          1. Rs 17000 will be converted in to 6 equal EMI
          2. In my Trail package I can use Auli – Clifftop Hotel from 25th Dec 2012 to 31st Dec 2012 (Sukesh has assured me that he will do the booking)
          3. For booking I just need to inform them just 48 before in any season
          4. I can take 2 more adults with me and in this case my one week will be divided in 3 nights 4 days and 2 studio apartment will be issued
          5. At Auli- Cliff top hotel – I don’t need to pay the cable car cost
          6. Near by location at cliff top hotel like flower valley, Hemkund sahib and other near place will be covered in this package and ciliff top hotel will provide the car and there will be no additional cost
          7. In Full package company is giving 45 weeks in 30 year (1st year – 1 week, 2nd year – 2 weeks and on every alternate year I will get 2 weeks)
          8. I can use any 5000 RCI resort free of cost in my membership
          9. If I will not satisfied with the trial membership then company will give you one more week free of cost
          10. Club group of hotel is having 35 own property in India and tie up with RCI 5000 resorts
          11. In club group of hotels, company will provide you the car for local sight seen along with driver and that is free of cost, I only need to bear the Petrol cost

          Post this membership when I confirm the same with Sachin ([protected]/[protected] & Rakesh sharma[protected] got to know the below mentioned things

          1. Rs 17000 amount not converted in to EMI yet
          2. In trial package I cannot do the booking in season hence booking at Clifftop hotel in Dec will not be done
          3. Booking before 48 hrs is valid only on full membership not in trail membership
          4. Yes you can take 2 more adults and your week will be divided in 3 nights 4 days
          5. Who will bear the cable care cost – need to confirm
          6. Free local sight seen at Auli – Need to be confirm
          7. 45 weeks in 30 years in full membership – need to be confirm
          8. If I will use RCI property then I need to pay Rs 6200 for a week
          9. On non satisfaction case I will get one more week free of cost – need to be confirm
          10. Club group of hotel is having only 4 property in India instead of 35
          11. Free car along with driver for local sight seen, I only need to bear the Petrol cost

          Please go through the above mentioned comparison which clearly says that your employees are cheated to customers… Is this type of services you are providing to your customers

          I had a word with Mr Chandra(North head csutomer service), He told me tat in trail package you cannot take booking b/w 25th to 31st Dec

          Now their Headoffice i.e. Janakpuri and Kalkaji have denied to do the booking at Auli from 25th Dec to 31st Dec for 1 couples and 29th Dec to 31st Dec for 2 couplesat Auli cliff top hotel

          I do not want this membership, Please return my money on priority i.e. Rs 16500

          I have also sent an email on [protected]@ssrpl.com, [protected]@ssrpl.com on 1st Aug however still not receive any revert

          When I called at customer care of Credit card, They told me that EMI has not been converted by the merchant and I need to pay the total amount of Rs 16500…

          I have shared my concern with Sukesh Kohli on 31st Aug and as per him they have sent an email and it will take 15 days to convert, How is it possible when credit card company is saying that EMI has to be made on the same day which was not done by the Merchant, On next day/after few days merchant cannot convert the amount into EMI

          On 1st Aug, I called at your head office[protected] and had a word with Mr. Rakesh (CCE), He told me that tie up with banks on EMI has been stopped however he will check the same

          Please help and suggest how can i get my money back

          I have also taken package from goldstar for 20, 000 Rs for 3yrs ( 1 week every week).requesting so many times we got our 2 day trip.but now after that trip, they are saying extend the package to 1.5 lacs else dont ask for further holidays.They are clearly frauds, but dont know why no one is stopping them..

            Sir,
            This is to inform you that I have taken membership of Club group of Hotels on dated 18.07.11 & 18.09.11 by giving cash 1000/- and cheque of Rs. 9000/- and We got receipts vide no.057 & 109 for your company Destination Resorts India Pvt. Ltd.
            Now, when We going to book resorts/Hotels for GOA then We have been told that Rs. 6200/- will be submitted extra before going to GOA which was not told your executive by Sh. Sukesh Kohli at the time of meeting at 205, APSRA Arcade Mall, Karol Bagh.
            There, we want to withdraw this membership and please return my booking amount of Rs.10,000/- at the earliest.

              Dear Sir,

              16/02/2011 i membership with club group of India,I have given that day 3500 token cash,next day i have given 34000,totally i paid 37500,I paid membership fees as first installment of 10 years membership worth Rs 75000/- and signed an agreement with them, after i paid this amt of cash they told we will send your membership card within 1 month,but now 1 yr over i didn't get my card,i called that fraud company lot of times,they wont response my calls,and also when I tried to book my holiday package to Goa, by telling them one month in advance, they could not book and even not replied to my mail and refused to talk on phone properly.

              After wards, I asked them to return my money back to me, but they refused as it is against the agreement, I have signed,Please help me how Can I get my money back to me or what should I do.

              i need my amt refund with compensation,otherwise shall i go to take legal action,what i will do?

              This management is totally cheater. I have also got membership in the month of Dec.12. I requested to book the hotel in Nainital in the month of May 13 before more that one month. But they did not book the same. I also requested to book the hotel in Sikkim in the month of July 13. They told that we have no property/hotel in this location. Now, I am trying to book a property/hotel in Pokhra (Nepal) in the month of September 19 to September 22/2013 but they are not interested to talk with me in this regard. It seems that I have been cheated by club group of hotels. If thay did not book the same, I must go to court for justice.

              They are cheaters... they have opened different franchisee offices in Delhi on different locations which just get your membership materialized at any cost in cash and when you go to avail that membership, you have to communicate with head office in Rampur, which in turn deny your complete membership and negotiates to you to compensate of the paid amount... WHICH IN TURN WILL BECOME COSTLIER IF YOU GO TO ANY RESORT/HOTEL DIRECTLY located at prime location .. BEWARE OF THEM AND THEIR FRANCHISEE OFFICE

              This group is a totally fraud group and they are forcely pushing to people to take their membership i filled a form yesterday and they called me to come and meet their assosiciates i went there and they only forcely pshing me to pay them 1, 25, 000 rupees and be a member for 10 years feeling really bad .where india is going
              Never get any plan from these guys, they are fraud. While selling they have told me that DEA in India are covered under this plan without any extra cost, but now they are saying for this paid. And they have never told about AMC of 5000/- per year. This is what I got to know now. Non of the executive s picking the call. This company is fraud, avoid these guys.
              The business of Club group of Hotels is an absolute scam.
              My friend opted for their 5 years ownership programme, paid a hefty amount, and never once in the last 3 years have they booked any hotel/resort even after asking for the same well in advance. Neither do they refund the money.

              My own experience has been pathetic. Mr. Rahul and Mr Ravi called me over a zillion times within a period of two days, kept insisting that I meet them once at the SubMall Sector 18, and they would provide me a gift voucher absolutely free of cost.

              When I went there, inspite of my denial, they wasted 1 hour of my time explaining me their crap membership programme.
              Finally I had to raise my voice and argue heatedly, only then did they hand me over the voucher.

              The voucher itself is a farce. They have very limited average class hotels and they allow travel only during non peak seasons, which amounts to only a few months in a year.
              In addition, they mandate compulsory breakfast and dinner at the same hotel with an extra charge of Rs 1200 per person.
              If you book the same hotels yourself, u would always get a better deal.
              I've also attached the image of the voucher. Refer to the highlighted point number 2.

              As you can see from various reviews on the internet, they have a lot of ways to dupe people. This is what happened in my case. They planted their guy at Big Bazaar at GIP mall, Noida. He had us fill a form and lied to our face saying that we will be enrolled in a "lucky draw" where we can win a "free vacation" to various places in India. Then, the following evening, we got a call from a Mr. Aditya from Club Group of Hotels, Sab Mall, Sec-18, Noida. He informed us that we have won the "lucky draw", we can choose from 10 locations from all over India. Some of the locations were - Mt. Abu, Nainital, Daman & Diu, Goa, etc. We will get free stay for 3 nights and 4 days, free access to all the amenities at the hotel - such as Gym, Swimming Pool, etc, an optional discount of 50-60% on Food and travel expenses we will have to bear. He said my father and my mother will have to come collect the vouchers since my mother filled the form at the Big Bazaar. I asked him several times whether we have to pay anything, and the Aditya lied to me several times saying the company doesn't even want a single coin from you. But, my parents went there and - you have to buy their annual membership to get the free vacation!! These are just liars and who shouldn't be trusted.

              I also have been cheated by these people... i have taken 10 years membership for rs. 76000 through their west gate mall..rajouri garden.. new Delhi office o 24.11.13. After taking membership i tried so many times to book my vacations..but in starting they misguided me that v r trying and v will let u inform after confirming ur holidays etc...afterthat they start ignoring my calls and emails. after 2..3. Months when v went their office...the office was closed...and it is permanently closed now...
              So i want to register my complaint against club group of hotels... guys v should come together for justice...and to get back our money...

              I am really very happy to state that i was delighted and served very nicely by CLUB GROUP OF HOTELS PEOPLE. I have bought a membership CG00213.
              My first visit was at Corbett and the property was so beautiful. I have bought this membership because one of my friend had purchased in December 2013 and is very much satisfied.

              I want to say the hospitality team was amazing and was so good. I have taken membership of 10 years. and paid 55000 initially rest amount by cheque.

              I am thankful to the team who had given a better hospitality with all other services to my family members.

              I really appreciate Club group of hotels and i am feeling happy to being a member with this group. This group's booking manager support us and make our trip in very short time for Corbett. We enjoyed alot there and their resort :The Rangers Reserve" is very nice and peace full and restaurant is very good as well the staff is very nice. The food was very good. I hope i will enjoy in future also with other properties of Club Group of hotels. Pls being with us like this. Thanks Club group of hotles.

              i am recentaly member from club of hotels { dreams destinations} today i pay mony please ...company is ok or not ok...i am from nashik[ maharashtra]
              Dear Friends,
              I have taken the member ship of "CLUB GROUP" from Sub Mall, in the month
              of April'2015, with lots of commitments during the counseling.
              But regret to refer here that, since then I had made 3 requests for
              the booking, none had been accepted!! Also No commitments were fulfilled
              as discussed during the meeting!!

              Also one more request is still pending since 9 days, I had sent 3
              reminders but still getting the reply- "we are checking with the
              facility and revert".

              There is lack of transparency and delay of replies. I could not imagine, how the service looks like!!
              In view of above, I can only say, I had been cheated and some fraudulent commitments had snatched our hard earned money!

              My Observation:
              1. Both have posted the comments on same date
              2. Both have used All Capital letter words while typing
              3. Both are very poor in English

              Looks like Club Group is writing good comments for their own company.

              BEWARE…..The group adopts very unfair and unethical means to lure people signing on to become members.They are three facets of them they say something, do something else and think something else. Later I found out ninety percent of the company’s profile they put forth to lure turned out to be false.They just have a few of their own resort hotels and the rest they share with other resort companies on extra charges to be paid and no guarantee of availing the facility by the member. I signed to become a member on 3rd Nov 2015 for a tenure of 5 years/35 day and night use on a charge of Rs.48, 000/= to be paid in 18 equal monthly installments with two complementary vouchers for 3 nights/4 days free use, through their Sr. Holiday consultant Mr. Shehbaz Farooque of Ansal Plaza, South Extension New Delhi .However, the first shock I got was when they swiped the entire Rs.48, 000/= in place of Rs.2, 666/= from my credit card. After the matter was referred to the Bank it was resolved and agreed upon that the amount would be converted into 24 months EMI’s and that the Club Group would refund back all interests and charges levied by the for the first 18 months amounting to Rs.14, 258/= approx. immediately. To date I have been running from pillar to post for the refund with no success. All what I have being receiving are bundle of lies, false assurances, bargaining to cut down the refund amount for early settlement of dues and ignoring all efforts being made by me This is just the beginning and I can well imagine what the hospitality would be when used.

              Really, all the negative posts are true. I can tell you by my own experience, the CGH people are fraud. Once you visit their office they give you luring offers and not let you go without charging something.
              My membership no. is NAMC-1458, I tried to book for manali in off season i:e in january 2016 and still they had'nt given me the confirmation. Moreover, they even don't respond to the emails and calls. I tried to reach their head-office but they also reacted in the same way.
              I had really done a mistake by taking the membership of this fraud company.

              I request to all to not to take membership of this company.
              To those who are cheated by this company please lodge a police complain against them for cheating and fooling people.

              In sept 15 I have taken membership of this fraud company by paying 18k . Since than I have send 9 booking request and none of the booking was made and rejected with some or the other false REASONE. Don't get trap in fraud scheme and executive of this cheating company.
              Hi Team, Need to highlight this situation happening with many other people as well. CGH is cheating many more people who call me after reading this complain. Their way of getting cheated is in the same pattern
              1. One of their representative would meet you in malls or shopping complex and ask you to fill a small form (small form are easy to be filled by people) by your name and contact number
              2. Next day you will get a call of getting selected for a free stay of 3N/4D as their promotional drive and to collect the tickets you need to reach with your partner (spouse) to their place
              3. Their they will introduce you with exclusive offer of around 30 days stay in 5star hotel that can be get in 5 Year / 10 year membership for 55000 to 1 lakh respectively
              4. As they show you the value of your money that you pay them today to what you pay to 5star hotel at the time your travel. If you ask them to give time to think on it and come afterwards then they will say it is valid till today
              5.You will find your self lucky to get such offer as it is not common and trust them to pay (their you get trap)
              In my case they agreed to refund my money back after cutting 15000 but after 7 months they refund after cutting 25000 i.e. to after hell lot of followups. We are planning to file legal complain so that they donot do the same with other people

              I would like to share that Club group of hotels has taken my complaint seriously & now they have resolved all the issues & have provided me all the confirmations as the way I had requested .
              Ms Bandana has discussed in detail about my booking requirement & accordingly have arranged everything as per my requirements.
              Hope to get the same proper professional services from them in future too with out hassles .

              I paid 20000 for membership but didn't get any booking since 1 year I am trying. This is biggest scam and that's why Uttrakhand is defamed for. because they are looting people and playing with their emotions.

              Go to hell all Club Group and Uttrakhand Tourist companies. May next time flood comes and wipe your all infrastructure off.
              This is totally fraud company. They had shown me around 100 hotels in India in their list but once i joined list reduced to 30 hotels. When i keep on calling Kabir Malik(Mob No, [protected]) who had shown me hotel list he never picked up my phone. I paid 88, 000 for 60 night package for 10 years.
              Now when i ask for hotel booking, either they say hotel is not available or it has taken out from our list & that is after 2 weeks of follow up.
              Please dont trust them & let us all put a fraud case against them.
