I, Surbhi Singla fall into prey of
Club mahindra's trap on 22-may-2016 with membership Id 2692162 by making a down payment of Rs. 23800.
It’s very unfortunate that an organization
Club Mahindra is misleading public with fraudulent promises which their sales executives make to the customers.
On receiving the membership confirmation call, I realized that I was misleaded by sales executive. I expressed my disinterest in confirming the membership and started escalating the matter from April 2016. Initially bundle of people jumped in and tried to convince me on continuation. After lots of painful efforts, the team accepted that the sales executive misguided me and I was assured that the cancellation is in progress and soon I will receive the refund.
Despite of my earlier multiple communications in relation to holding my first installment, Rs. 6070/- was charged to me through my
Citi bank credit card for which I have never signed any document. The form which was filled was for other bank. Also, my second installment was deducted even after repeated follow-ups and requests for cancellation of the installment deduction.
I was informed by customer care executive that my membership cancellation request was sent to Ms Pallavi Kaur for approval on 8-July-2016 and was pending from her end. The executive shared andheri office number[protected] and asked me to call Ms Pallavi. After rigorous followup and so much delay, Ms Pallavi approved the cancellation request on 22-July-2016. I received membership cancellation confirmation mail on 22-July-2016, stating that I will receive the refund within 45 working days. Further, knowing that there was delay from her end, she said she will try to expedite the process.
On 22nd August, I got the luck to speak with member relation executive Ms Pallavi Kaur and was informed that my membership was still active. She assured me that she will call me back the next day, but I didn't receive any call back.
On 23-July-2016, after numerous unanswered and on-hold calls, I could have the privilege to speak with her and to my sudden dismal, she said "why are you calling me? You could have called any other member relation officer". Is this how CMH treats it customers?
I want the company to resolve it at the earliest and refund my entire outgo along with interest.
