[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation of membership - 2 months exceeded over the promised time, org not processing refund | |||
I had enrolled for club mahindra membership on 14th of august in the name of j rituraj. Paid the intitial amount through my credit card. I requested for cancellation within 3 days (Over mail and well within the time frame of membership cancellation). I did not hear from club mahindra people for days and eventually called them up to know the status. I got to know, no action had been taken. After repeated calls the cancelled my membership after almost 25 days of my request and told me i will get my money within the span of 30 days. It is 3rd of november and all i have received till date is excuse from their reprentative. I have been charged twice on my credit card for interest against this payment. I have an entire series of mail i can produce where these just don't respond. This is a serious case of cheating guys. I saw a few other complaints and club mahindra answering that the member should contact them through the fb page. Is this the kind of transparency or service we are looking at?
