[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — change in law for gst vs change in rate of interest in line with plr reductions | |||
Dear Club Mahindra Team, I really appreciate your follow up on notifying the change in law with regards to GST. However, I am surprised to see that there was no change in interest rate for so many rate changes over the last 3 years. In light of this, I would request to review the request on change of interest rate and pass of the benefit to customer for revisions to the interests earned on account of such differential interest rates by Club Mahindra. Had calls with customer reps, however no firm response on this.

There is no clear answer in writing to my question, as it's an interest plan, why there cannot be any revision to interest.
I don't think so that anyone at club Mahindra can even have courtesy to clarify the terms and conditions of the contract.
Have lost hope and patience with this confusing and unclear way of responses.
Not to mention, even the highest customer grievance point of contact has no time to address such issues with clear resolution.
