Respected Sir/Madam,

I have two complaints against Club mahindra.
1. Holiday Voucher
After attending club mahindra seminar. i was given a free holiday voucher from your representative from Raghu leela mall. i decide to try out the services before actually opting for membership however while trying to register i found out that the i have been given the print out of the voucher without any code on it. it tried calling your call centre to which i was advised writing an email to [protected]@clubmahindra.com (from which i am still awaiting reply).talking to representative at mall also did not help.

i thought may it was missed out at first instance but very soon realized it was done on purpose.

2.Movie voucher.
We had received movie ticket vouchers from club mahindra at the same seminar.on regisaatering We have received booking code also. We had booked tickets but we had not got any confirmation code for the same. Even after calling cinerewards ( after almost 50+ unsuccessful calls) they told that there is some technical issue and the bookings cannot be done. They never bother to mail you or even call you.Neither do they receive any calls. It is very clear that the Process of calling and offering such freebies by such reputed company ( presumed) like Mahindra holidays is a gimmick.Mahindra holidays + cinerewards ( combined)
