Dear madam/sir,

I was contacted by telemarketing personnel of club mahindra on my mobile no. [protected] last week 2-3 times. Upon their request i went to meet sales executive mr. Bharat singh (Mob. No. [protected]) and mr, vaibhav pandey (Mob. No. [protected]) on 25/feb/2018, sunday (About 7 pm) at pc jewelers, civil lines, allahabad. They informed me about club mahindra membership and showed videos of some resorts.
My wife mrs. Neelam maurya also accompanied me.
Impressed by their presentation we decided to join club mahindra under season"blue" and apartment "studio" with 10% down payment and emi of rs. 9090 and annual subscription fee of rs., 14711.
Down payment being rs. 28930, i decided to pay through my visa credit card. Mr. Vaibhav pandey carried out the transaction and also got a small slip signed by me without telling me the purpose. Meanwhile i asked about mode of payment of emis and i was told that it could be paid by net banking or credit crad or by cheque. But during transaction and my signing of the small slip i was not asked about my choice for paying emis. We were given some documents and carbon copy of the application form before leaving the premises.
Next day (26/02/2018), under suspicion i contacted mr. Vaibhav pandey and asked about what would be the mode of payment for emis. He told me that it would be paid through credit card as i had signed the authorisation slip for the purpose. I told him that i did not want to pay through credit card and i should have been informed about that. He told me to deposit cheques and directed me to contact mr. Bharat singh.
Under confusion i contacted some of my friends who are or has been member of club mahindra and found many differences between what i was told by mr. Bharat singh and what was the reality.
Like:
(1) we were told that pick and drop facility from my residence will be provided without being informed that there is extra charge for that.
(2) i asked about sight seeing and i was informed that it will be provided without being informed that it will be charged.
(3) though regarding food i was informed correctly that there will be 25% discount in club mahindra restraunts..
(4) i was informed that i can enjoy first holliday after paying 3 emis but in brochure it is mentioned that atleast 7 emis must pe paid under our chosen scheme of payment.
(5) i was informed that if i do not want to avail 1 week holiday in any year then i donot need to pay annual subcription fee but this is not the reality.

Being disillusioned i decided to withdraw my membership and i contacted mr. Bharat singh on 26/02/2018 at raj marble shop, civil lines allahabad at around 1pm. I requested him to return authorisation slip of credit card. He told me that since application form had been sent to lucknow office so i would have to wait till evening (6pm) to collect that.
When i enquired about cancellation of membership, he told me that rs. 11 500 would be deducted and only remaining amount could be refunded but later i came to know that entire amount count be refunded.

I am feeling totally helpless and i do not want to be a member of club mahindra right now. I request you to cancel my membership or its processing and refund full amount (Rs 28930 paid through visa credit card ending 5882 at 07:35:38 on 25/02/2018 pos machine of hdfc bank).

Though i admire resorts of club mahindra but at present i want my amount refunded. I will try to join the club in future with fresh mindset.
