[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — complaint on membership | |||
Hi, We had met your club mahindra representative on 3rd june 2018 at renault showroom annasalai. The representative name is neelakash. He sold a membership to us and we paid a initial amount of 29, 000/- (Dont remember exact amount) also he said if we dont want to take membership we have a cooling time to cancel within 10 days. The very next day i called up and said we dont want as our financials wont allow and also not happy with the offers. He said will get a call from mumbai office by 20th jun and so and we have state the same reason and the amount will be refunded to our credit card. But we didnt not get any call. Now when we asked, he says we have to submit our id proof so that the documentation would complete and we will get refund. I really dont understand should we wait to hear the same from him for 3 weeks and after i sent a mail he is saying this. I am so upset. Even before becoming a member you dont respect a customer what would be our fate after taking membership. Pls take a speedy action to credit our money back in our credit card. Customer name : m. G.
