[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — experience with the most negative sales person in my life | |||
Today i was invited at nissan showroom at safdarjung enclave.. New delhi. I was received by two sales executive and finally got introduced to mr. Aftab alam (Sales consultant). Me also being from sales back ground.. First time felt pity not on the sales guy but club mahindra. Irrespective of bad name in the market.. Any business should ensure they have great sales staff to win customer. A great salesman can sell anything be it good it bad through his skill set. Aftab was such a painful experience for us.. No smile. Body language full of attitude.. From begining he was not interested in selling... Was just negative about pitch.. He said after 5 minutes.. Either it has to be yes or no today itself... Anypoint u feel no can leave the meeting anytime.. This was repeated by him every 10 mins... His questions were pure torcher along with his fleshy observing way towards us. He was only trying to check if our pockets were heavy and can make us fool on the spot. We said that we would discuss with our family and get back to u on this... He just got up straight away and made a very stinky face followed by the comment.."aap kya gharwalon se puchte ho paiso ke liye... Khud decision nahi le sakte.. Ajkal kaun parents ko involve karta hai..90% log budget ki wajah se bhaj jate hai". This was really rude from his part as he didnt want to trust the customer... He vanished and never came back.. We asked someone for our gift voucher and they made us wait for ages... Then came aftab with gift voucher and said too much crap on the capping of this free voucher and showed as if they were soing a huge favour by giving this voucher to us. I felt like slapping this guy straight away but then it wouldnt have resolved the issue. At the end we had to leave the voucher as self respect is key for anyone.. When i said one of my friend has club mahindra and said not to buy due to few issues with brand.. He promptly said"wahi bolega ki booking time se nahi karte... Rooms available nai hote .. Restaurant bahut mehenga hota hai etc". He himself was against club mahindra being paid for their work... My advice.. Please train ur staff on selling skills..in todays u dont sell product.. U sell urself and anyone would only buy uf made a good relation with client.. Today club mahindra has lost a potential client not because of issues with ur product but because on worst customer service given by him. These kind of employess are parasite to the company who lead to the downfall. Was this information helpful? | |||
