[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — false sales claims. not responsive to member complaints. | |||||
I have been given false commitment by club mahindra sales representative about wavier of asf for 4 years. However after few days of selling the membership to me, he is not traceble (Mobile not working). Called mahindra customer care about this, they replied to my initial 2-3 emails but later stopped responding. Even their toll free customer care number is not responsive - (Call automatically disconnects after some time). They were behind me before purchasing the membership and now i am not even able to connect to their customer care. Have been trying since so many days.
