[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Gift Voucher hoax | |||||
On 9th January 2017, we got a call from Club Mahindra Executive in Jaipur asking us to collect free voucher for 2 nights/3 days and 4 movie tickets. We received gift voucher for our stay but there are no properties available for next 6 months for which we are entitled to book our stay ( imagine all 46 resorts in India). Same properties if I check on MMT or Yatra then they are available. And when we asked for Movie tickets from the contact person he said he will issue us the same shortly. Till date no response. We were actually thinking to go for their membership but looking at their customer care departments & executives who do not know the know-how of the process and with no business ethics ( on Club Mahindra portal properties aren't available but same are available on other holiday portals)!! Till now my complaint is partially resolved. I have been provided bookings for a resort but movie tickets are not provided yet.
