I would like to inform you that I have communicated with you people as per your given mail id [protected]@clubmahindra.com my purpose of this letter is to resolve the issue and FULL REFUND of my payment as i have joined this membership in terms of trust worthy name in the industry and well known group MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA but in the name of the group some of your employees are doing cheating and gives wrong commitment to the customers and customers are enrolled the same and the issues creates.

DAY 1

After receiving a numbers of calls from your side i had visited Club Mahindra office at Vadodara. Your Manager Mr. Gagan Kumar from Vadodara office described numbers of holiday packages including purple, Red, Blue and white etc... My purpose of visit to your office would be only to find best hotels or holiday resort in makkah and madinah for HAJJ 2017 and Umrah Jiyarat. Your manager Gagan kumar had committed to me for all the arrangements like Visa, Airfares and other transportation services. Your manager described me all that things but i refuse to joined the same and he offered me the following scheme.

Down Payment = 32, 160/-

EMI :- 9478/- X 3 = 28, 434/-

TOTAL = 60, 594/-

5000/- CASH BACK - 5, 000/- = 55, 594/-

he said that in this above package you will get 14 Days RCI & 02 Days CMH holidays.If you will not satisfied with above package you can cancel your holiday membership.

DAY 2

i visited to CMH office and ask for the same and do cancel my enrollment from club mahindra. he was saying sir i will do all the arrangements for you just give me the dates of your travel and just sit and relax. etcccc... and arrange the voice verification call from club mahindra office and take the confirmation on voice. Based on his verbal commitment (for all the arrangements like 5 star property arrangements in Makkah and Madinah, Visa, Airfares and other transportation services to makkah and madinah and above payment schedule ) to me I was corrected all the points and membership and said YES to joined club Mahindra membership white studiobecause of his commitment stated above to me and trust worthy name MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA.

DAY 3

After the voice verification company sent me all the documents related to my membership and other supporting documents related to membership. After receiving the docket from club Mahindra I had visited club Mahindra office and said that I want to cancel my membership and want my money back this was not described by Gagan at that time and you are enrolling me for 25 years.
Gagan told me hold for a while I will give you all the arrangements in Makkah and madinah for HAJJ 2017.

Mean while I have search through internet and others friends and website of Hajj related information I have found that the HAJJ VISA and arrangements is only possible with approved travel operators and Hajj Committee of India Only.

DAY 4

Your manager committed me sir I have told you numbers of times I will give you all the arrangements why r u in tension I have done so many booking through us in past and we are doing this things you just relax and tell me your dates.

Now recently he is saying please arrange all the arrangements from your side and I will plan your holidays in some other country where we exist and our collaboration with RCI.

When I am asking for refund than all the staff is saying sir in any circumstances once you made payment to club Mahindra you will not get back your money back. It is better you can change your destination and enjoy your holidays.

For this query I have sent numbers of mail to Gagan Kumar also Visited Club Mahindra office Vadodara and talked with all the employees. but still I am not getting my money back.

I want to cancel my enrolment with CM as per your full return payment policy withing 10 days. as I wanted to go for pilgrimage visit to Makkah and Madina for 15 days. As per conversation with you people have RCI properties in Saudi Arabia Makkah but not in madinah. Kindly let me know for the same as you committed to me.
I also found that there are so many properties comparatively providing good services than you.
I want interest free EMIs from you people if you convince me and assurance for 15 days in RCI properties in Makkah & Madinah instead of 8 days.

As we discussed today you were said to cancel my booking kindly give me confirmation of the payment from club mahindra and refund my money ASAP. As i told you in my previous mail also i got booked my membership for Umrah or Hajj purpose only.

If My purpose is not solved by you people than i don't need membership from you and at the time of membership you were given so many commitment to me and for the same reason i would joined the membership but i really unhappy with your services which you are not fulfil in my case.

Mr. Gagan you are keep changing your commitment to me on daily basis and thus i am not interested to stay longer with you and your Club Mahindra Holidays.

Kindly refund my amount as early as possible as you know i am planning to go for Umrah next month and this refund would be very helpful to me in this case.

I am not charging any interest or any other extra payment or any other calculation etc...

Do the needful in the same.

This is my humble request to this court to get back my money in this matter and judgement in the law of justice.
