[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — ignoring members just because they have already paid for holiday. | |||
Hi! My membership number is 2486432, I have requested manager of Avlon Mussorie, to give us rooms on ground floor, (one month prior to the booking) . We have a reason for such request, my grandmother is 80+ and unable to walk properly . This is not the 1st time they are ignoring my request by saying that it’s not their policy to block rooms like this. My friend have booked the room by online website (make my trip) and asked for the same room, they got the preference . With this incidence what should I conclude that it is just waste of money to take the membership. Because this kind of service is provided by club Mahindra to its members . Please think once again before buying the membership and read the terms and conditions properly . The treatment for members and guest who are paying on reception are completely different .
