This is with reference to letter dated 06/06/2017 from club mahindra on the subject of gifts disbursement process – cash back enclosing cheque no. 85082 dated 31/05/2017 for rs.5000/-. This is towards cashback discount which is part of enrollment offer. This cheque could not be deposited in time by the undersigned and it has become stale as three months have passed since the date of issue of the cheque i. E. 31/05/2017. Hence it is requested that a fresh cheque may be issued and sent to my new address in chennai given below. It may be noted that the undersigned is working in indian oil corporation ltd and i have been transferred from delhi to chennai. My new address in chennai is given below. Kindly update the same in your records & confirm.
