[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Misguided and cheated by sales executive, refund not received | |||||
I am from jaipur and my membership id is 2742038. I applied for an online offer for club mahindra membership which lead to appointment with club mahindra sales executive mr. Arslan siddiqui at my home around 8:30pm on 25/01/17. I was not very convinced with the membership price and the offers which i was offered so i told him that i will discus with my cousin and then apply for joint membership with my cousin in few days as i was not in a financial position to pay the whole amount form myself alone. But arslan said that i have to pay now down payment to block the price or i will not get the offer and discounted price next time. He was very adamant and forcing my to pay at that time only. He told me that i have to pay down payment of rs.31160 via net banking or credit card, but i can cancel it anytime within 20 days and my full amount will be refunded without any problem. I make the payment via credit card at that time only after double confirming the cancellation policy of 20 days. After two days that is on 27/1/17, i called arslan and told him to cancel my membership and refund the downpayment as soon as possible. He first tried to convince me for not cancelling, then he also offered to pay only three emi of 9478 each from 7th march to enjoy two 7 days holiday one in india and one abroad, but i did not opt for any offer and told him to cancel it anyway and refund my money. He also visited my office next day and confirmed everything about cancellation and refund. He also told me that when i will receive verification call from club mahindra then i must not say about cancellation which will lead to forfeit of my down payment amount, he assured me that he have mailed my issue from his office and i will get my refund in 30 days. I accepted everything on verification call as told by arslan and then informed him about the call and receipt of the membership kit. He can continuously refused my calls and did answer anything in message. When i called him from another number he told me that he is in udaipur and will visit me when he will reach jaipur. I received a message of my first emi on 7th march 2017, he told me that not to worry i will all the amount which i will pay to club mahindra as i have cancelled the membership in time. He never visited me after that nor he picked my cell phone. I received a call from club mahindra after deduction of my first emi, i told him everything which happened with me, he also gave me jaipur office number and told me that he is from verification department and he can't do anything but i must call jaipur office, they will help me. I called jaipur jaipur office first time on 7 april when my second emi deducted from my account. There is did not got any proper response as well. M/s shawanka told me that i must write my whole issue to this email id ([protected]@clubmahindra.com) to process my issue further. I wrote an email mentioning everything on 8th april. Then called jaipur office, m/s shwanka did not attend the phone, m/s bhoomika attended and told me that she have read the mail and have processed further, she also told me that she have requested call recording of all my conversations with verification department and i must wait 10-15 days. I again called jaipur office after 10 days then m/s bhoomika told me that she haven't received any recordings and more time will be taken. I requested her to please stop my emi for the next month, so she told me that my emi will be stopped from may month. I emailed 7 mails from 8th april to 31st may and haven't got any reply. I called atleast 20 times to jaipur office meanwhile but did not got any answer from m/s shawanka, m/s bhoomika and m/s shalini. Till now i have paid rs.31160 downpayment and 4 emi of 9478, total rs.69072. Now when i have blocked my credit card due to these emi's then m/s shalini telling me that i will not get any refund because i have not paid the emi on time. My whole amount of rs.69072 will be forfeited without any holiday. I should be refunded my rs.31160 within one month of 25/1/17, and now club mahindra is forfeiting my whole money. This is so disgraceful, i am ashamed of myself that i have trusted this fraud company and paid a single ruppee to this con company. I will not keep quite and will deface this company's image to the public. I will take legal action against all the executives who msguided and cheated with me, and thier fraud company. All the duffer and cheat executives are there who are just eating consumers money to achieve their intensives. I am so amazed that i have mailed so many to member relation email id and no action being taken either for my refund nor against the fraud executives. I urge to the government agencies to cancel the registration of club mahindra as soon as possible and seize all its properties so that innocent cheated consumer's money can be refunded.
