On saturday 13/04/19 i met mr puneet sharma, a executive at club mahindra holidays, at sky wok - park inn by radisson, at patparganj, ip extension, new delhi regarding possible memebership at club mahindra. I was not sure of joining and so as advised by the aforementioned representative deposited inr 10, 000 fro my debit card as token advance so as keep the offer for the day valid. I declined to take up the member ship on sunday at around 4pm and asked for my refund. Mr puneet said he will get back to me. However its been 24 hours and he has not done so. Moreover during this time i have called him four times without nay response. I am hopeful the matter will be sorted out soon and my money refunded soon. Regards Mayank agarwal [protected] 1985mac.
