[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — No refund received after cancellation | |
I had applied for a club mahindra membership on 01 May 2016. the very next day I decided to opt out and emailed the customer services. Despite that an amount of Rs.30000 was debited from my credit card.I was told it will be refunded within 21 days. it has been a month now and there is no refund yet. my repeated mails have been replied with a standard template, ''we have referred the matter to Dubai office". i wonder why companies of the size of Mahindra have to risk bad reputation for such amounts. just shows lack of ethics.i wonder what the members have to go through!! Why does it even take so many days to refund an amount of Rs.30, 000. hope it is resolved at the earliest. the membership id allotted to me is 2697435. Was this information helpful? | |
