Myself g c subramanian with a membership no 2767561 and my partner mr mohit verma member ship no 2767171 would like to inform that at the time of enrollment your office staff has promised the following offers which is till date not fullfilled. And also they dont have the courtesy to pick our call inspite of calling for the past 15 days.

Rs 10000 yatra vouchers was promised.
7 nights complimentary stay

We request any of ther higher authorities to look in to this matter and advice at earliest.
