[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — RCI stay and relationship manager | |
Club Mahindra: I have been trying to reach you guys to book a stay for RCI. I am yet to receive my kit and it's been 6 months. On calling RCI my free /complimentary nights are not applicable to major locations including metros. This is absolutely absurd. Also there is a rule that checkin for RCI properties has to happen on a weekends. None of these were told by the club Mahindra rep who duped me with the membership. Also the validity of complimentary nights is from the day you enrolled for Mahindra club and not when you got registered for RCI ! Also, there is no relationship manger and the sales rep who sold me this membership (apparently is the spoc for me) doesn't pick up calls, replies to sms. This is absolutely fraud. My only advise is if you are members of spg, Hilton, Etc : I am pretty sure you will get amazing properties and rewards once you reach a certain membership level. But there would never be hidden rules like club mahindra. I am requesting someone with authority at Mahindra holidays/club to share his contact details to close my concerns.
