[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund my money for cancellation of application | |||
I have taken my membership on 03/08/2017 in ahmadabad (Gujarat) white studio and made down payment of rs. 37220 by debit card hdfc. Application no. Apr/2017/25yrs/170515 Due to some reason, i have cancelled my membership on 08.08.2017. As per general condition clause part c 8.1 and 8.2, i am eligible for full return if i request to withdraw application within 10days from the payment received by you. I have called you many times but no one is responding. Not mr. Aakash parker or mr. Ravi. Kindly treat this mail as full and final instructions for not pursuing the membership and refund my money... This is very sad to inform you that as per your mail 90 days from from 26/08/2017 has already over and still we didn't receive any communication or my refund.
After lodging above complain, One of your club mahindra executive called us on 17 November 2017 and said that he will inform about the status of our refund application within one day but till today i haven't receive any call from your side.
In each call new executive is asking my complain from initial stage and assuring that complain will be resolved as earliest, but till date i havn't seen any resolution from your side.
Therefore, it is requested you to go through all the communication(verbal and non verbal) which i had with you and give me a meaningful reply so that accordingly, I can plan my future actions as i am fed up with all your useless response.
This is very bad for your reputation that we are asking for our money since last 3 months and club mahindra is not even eligible to pay a small amount of Rs. 37, 220 since last 3 month.
After having above experience, we will not even think to take your membership again in future and we will not recommend others to do so.
