[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund not yet processed | |||
My club mahindra member i'd is 2786710. I had applied for cancellation of this membership the very next day as i was misrepresented by your staff mr. Saurabh kumar at hazratganj branch lucknow. Even after elapsing of about two months there's no whereabouts of cancellation and refund. Also there is standing instruction on my credit card for debiting the instalment, at least on submitting my cancellation request it should have been aborted but i don't have any correspondence from company's behalf regarding. I don't understand what the heck is going on as it is a complete mental harassment from your company's executives. You guys are not following the due process in handling this issue and taking legal recourse via consumer forums and other avenues is only remedy left with me.
