[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Refund on cancellation of membership of Rita das verma 2957542
The request of refund mailed on 30.09.21 and by post also, request been submitted on 3rd day of filling up the form. But they are not reverting and refund not been made.

After making payment for membership with club Mahindra on 28.09.2021 in hotel lake vinora, Ajmer. I have gone through various blogs and feedback of customer/members which are scary and show poor hospitality. I have also searched your property on market availability for reservation and it is very much shocking that some of your property are available in very reasonable rates and even offered with the nominal rates which seems no sense to invest or pay big amount on your conditions which are even loss for me in financial and also restrict me to choose the days of visit.
I am no more interested in your membership, keeping in view of above I want to reject/cancel my membership and want refunds in full. In this regard I need no further communication from your side for continue with mahindra holidays.
It may also be noted to stop ECS mandate immediately.
