[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund to the money of my cancelled membership | |||
I had put a complaint earlier on this forum that the Club Mahindra was not cancelling my membership despite of many follow-ups. After my complaint on this forum they contacted me on October 27th, 2018 (almost 35-40 days after I requested to cancel my membership) and informed that my membership has been cancelled and that I will get my refund within 100 working days. The refund was not deposited till March 28th 2019; so I followed up with them thru email. They shamelessly informed me on Saturday March 30th that it will take another 12-15 working days more to refund my money. This is utter unprofessional from Club Mahindra and also a clear case of breach of trust and commitment. I have since sent them two emails and have sent a facebook message as well. They never took pain to reply to my emails; however one lady did called me today morning and assured me that she will connect with me by today (April 2nd, 2019) evening. I still have not got any call from her or Club Mahindra. Lastly, it is frustrating to know that “Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited”, part of the reputed Mahindra group can be so insensitive to its members & hopes to build its business over unsatisfied customers.
