[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — service not provided as committed during sale (lies and poor service) | |
I bought membership of club mahindra through their sales event at amritsar. I paid full amount of package (White - studio). The day after my sales processing is over, the club mahindra team started ignoring us. They committed to provide support over email and phone, but they did'nt picked up the customer care phone and no response given on the email. I provided details for the singapore package, which is part of package and club mahindra initially committed to book that holiday in one week, but even after one month no action taken on my request. I had wrote too many mails and also approached the sales personnel but no adequate action taken by the club mahindra. I also paid asf as they told me that it is neccessory to avail the offer. Now, after paying about 4.0 lac rs. I am still facing no support and zero service. I want complete refund of my money and dont want to continue this relationship with club mahindra. I didn't use any service of club mahindra till date which is part of package, so the money shall be refunded completely.
