Dear sir, Mahindra holidays & resorts india ltd, I would like to withdraw my membership application under the clause Part c, 8.1 of the agreement. I would like to claim full refund of down payment Rs. 37220/- under above mentioned clause. My form number is 176958. (Refer copy enclosed) Also please find enclosed the copy of original application signed in original by applicant and co applicant and received on 19.08.2017 by Mr. Gaurav hatwal Mhril sr. Executive sales cdso office city court sikandarpur gurgaon Date of filling application : 15.08.2017 Date of payment: 15.08.2017 Date of cancellation : 19.08.2017 Please take this request of withdrawal of the membership application on priority And provide us the refund at the earliest. As per request from MHRIL JASOLA Delhi team (refer trailing mail) it was requirement to create membership id to proceed for the cancellation of membership and getting refund.
I have received the same[protected] refer enclosed snapshot.

Today i received call from the boss of marketing person who has taken money from me for enrolling me for membership on 15th August. The gentlemen told me that my membership id is not created yet. I will receive the varification call from some deptt of club mahindra and i should complete user ID creation activity then put the request for cancellation again in this way i can get the money refund in 25 days otherwise it will take two to two and half months. I am not sure this is the right procedure. Can somebody guide.
