[Resolved] Club Mahindra — PROMISES NOT FULFILLED AS PER PROMISES | |||
DEAR SIR, AFTER 11 MONTHS OF MY COMPLAIN, MY ONLY TWO PROMISES ARE FULLFILLED BY UR COMPANY I.E. (1) FOOD VOUCHER OF RS. 5000/ & (2) ONE WEEK HOLIDAY IN INDIA. AFTER ATLEAST 15 TO 20 REMINDERS ON PHONE AT UR HEAD OFFICE AS WELL AS AHMEDABAD OFFICE, I AM NOT ABLE TO GET MY SOLUTION FOR TWO FREE INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY WEEKS. I WAS SPEAKING EVERY TELE OPERATOR ABOUT MY PROBLEM BUT TO GET REGULAR EMI & ANNUAL CHARGE EVERYONE TALK ABOUT MY SOLUTIONS. NO ONE SOLVED IT. I AM NOW SUPPOSE TO COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT AS WELL AS RTI AGAINST THE COMPANY FOR OTHER PEOPLES' BENEFIT ALSO. EVEN LAST WEEK ALSO UR COMPANY'S TELE OPERATOR CALLED ME & REQUESTED ME FOR PAYMENT.ALSO ASSURED FOR MY SOLUTION . STILL NO RESONSE. GREAT COMPANY'S GREAT PROMISES????????????? This is Ankur Khakhar here. I too have been a victim of the fraud/ cheating by club mahindra. I am going to take this fight with these unethical and fraudulant practices. But you and I alone can not do much, we need to get united and we need to get other such people who are being and have been fooled by Club Mahindra.
Please get in touch with me if you want to join me in legal proceedings aginst them. If we get more people joining hands, we will launch a social campaign against these unfair practices.
