Cnbc Awaaz — unprofessional and horrible service from oyo

Hi!
This is niket patel here from ahmedabad and i want to register complaint regarding very bad experience from oyo.
I booked a hotel through oyo for my trip to kumbhalgarh.
Booking was done on 20.09.2019 with booking no. Aygr9625.
My booking was confirmed with pay at hotel with check in date
As 19.10.2019 & check out date 20.10.2019 for 2 rooms and 5 guests
Including breakfast.
Now just before few days of check in date i received a call directly from hotel
Which was booked through oyo mentioning that rates are changed and they are unable to confirm our booking.
I contacted back to oyo regarding the issue and they replied that don't worry
My booking is confirmed and in case of any difficulty at the time of check in
I can contact them and check in will be done with out any problem.
Again just 1 day before check in i received call from hotel directly and they said that if we will not request reallocate to oyo then there will be problem in check in due to rate difference.
When i call again in oyo to address this issue they confirmed that yes there is rate difference conflict with booked hotel and they are trying to resolve it.
They also offered me a different hotel property but, since it was not found satisfactory after investigation from my end i refused to accept it.
Another property which they were offering was with out swimming pool while we have booked a property with swimming pool.
They keep on trying to convince me to accept reallocation and confirm booking with new property but, since i was not convinced and i refused to accept that they finally confirmed me that difference amount will be paid by them to hotel and i only need to pay amount as per my booking details.
They confirmed that my booking is still confirmed and problem will be resolved by them in above manner.
This resolution was given as per my request logged under case id 22089731.
After taking confirmation from them we proceed for our trip and reached at property on 19.10.2019 in the morning.
On reaching at property we found that hotel which was booked by us has cancelled all their tie ups with oyo and they were not serving any of the oyo bookings. They strictly denied to give check in to us.
We also found that oyo has not cleared their (Booked hotel) old due payments and hence they cancel all bookings from oyo.
We called oyo for our problem in check in and after long discussion over phone they finally confirmed us that they will not be able to resolve our problem and we have no option to move to another property which they offered one day before also to us over phone.
Since another property was not ok we denied and in the end were helpless in spite of doing booking one month ago.
After moving here and there for finding better hotel for almost more then 2 hours in the morning in spite of tired position of long journey we finally have to book a hotel at much higher rate then our advance booking with oyo.

After completing the tour and reaching back at home today on 23.10.2019 when i checked my email i found they have written an email to me writting that my booking was cancelled due to unavailability of confirmation whereas we have spoke to their representative for almost half an hour at the time of check in.

I am writing this email to register a complain on oyo in this matter and ask them to give me a compensation for additional amount paid by us to book a hotel due to their irresponsible and unprofessional behavior as well as for the harassment that we have to go through at hotel while chek in process.

If required action will not be taken against them then they may do the same to other customers also and many more customers have to under go with same problem and harassment that we faced after booking with oyo.

Please do the needful to register and solve my this complain and arrange compensation from oyo.
