I am a regular user of the Coca Cola brands & especially Sprite.But after coming to Indore,I have found a very strange trend among the retailers selling these cold drinks.They charge us extra penny in the name of keeping the cold drink in the fridge,although I feel that the cold drinks should by default served cold.This trend was absent in my previous city Bhopal.I havent seen this sort of a trend in any other city in the country whether NCR,Pune,Bangalore or Hyderabad
I would like to request you yo kindly look into this matter before this dangerous trend starts putting a serious dent in your business.

This is Arun from Dharavi. I have a small general store in Dharavi. I am selling product of Coca cola. Kindly check mu below complaint with regard to Coca cola.

1) I have bought a fridge from them. With the fridge i got a coupon of 1000.00. For each purchase of crade of cold drink i will get a 20.00 rupees discount. I am not getting the discont. I tried to call the officer Raj Kumar he is not bothered to attend the call.

2) The fridge provided by Coca Cola is not working for almost 2 months. I have made 2 complaint for it. 1st one person came he didnt bother to do anything just said the placement of fridge is not correct it will now work proper. The fridge didnt work. I again made a complaint no one turned up to check. Again i called the officer Raj kumar. He said he hade made a complaint and the person will come and check. No one turned up. I tried to call Raj kumar. He is not at all attending the call.

She was forcing me deposit the money. Infact I told my friend from delhi will come with cash to you, they denied and insisted me to deposit the money in SBI a/c. After that i didnt picked their further calls. Bcoz i was confirmed these are the frauds and giving a fake doucments and collecting money.

Maximum retail price of a product is assigned by the government or the company to ensure that a product is not sold over and above it ,but its not the case in our city ....every single retailer is selling all of its products of your company over the mrp.by claiming that they are charging the price of their refrigerator and electricity .....they altogether have formed a union and are not willing to lower their prices which is just ridiculous .....
you as a responsible company have to curb this problem as you are the people generating billions of rupees of export exchange from our country ....

they are charging 25rs .of bottles of 600ml where the mrp is 23 rs ....every single product is sold above the mrp ..
as procedural wise we as citizens have complete right to bargain on mrp.itself ....but its not the case here ...and its just the opposite ...

I got a 2L coke bottle sealed from a nearby Iyengar Bakery , Banaswadi, Bangalore East two months back for a dinner with my cousins from North India. As one of them tasted it, he found the difference in taste and odour and asked if Cokes in Bangalore are a different variety; two of then took two sips not knowing of this plight. By evening all three were admitted in hospital for Stomach upset.

I had contacted the Sales and Quality Folks - One Mr VijayaKumar and another Hegde who were claiming all sanity for Coks as they usually do. They promised me to test the sample soon and get back to me for which nothing happened... I have copied to Atul singh, CEO and waiting for a reply... An interesting reply by the quality guy - Hegde was that the bakery guy might have put the bottle near kerosene. What a pity!!!

I received the following mail that I have been declared a winner of the survey Award conducted by the COCACOLA Company Ltd of England and that I should fill up the attached Form with the desired details of the Nationwide Bank Plc based in London as my winning amount has been kept with them in a Temporary Account and like a fool thinking it to be real I gave them all my Bank details and other information vide their emails. Then subsequently I got a mail from the Bank which is forwarded herewith for your kind investigations that inorder to get the Amount transferred to my local Bank Account I should send them 32,000 INR i.e 300GBP as C O T (Cost Of Transfer) Charges. At first I thought it was a genuine award wherein they would send the Winning Cheque to the Address sent to them but when they asked for the Amount as charges I felt suspicious and tried to go through the mails of the various complaints registered under the Nationwide Banks website and discovered the truth that it is a scam.
These people should be treated in such a way that they will never do such things.
Hope for the best and guide our other brothers and sisters who fall prey to these scamsters.
