I purchased a 1.5 liter coco cola soft drink from a local store at mallapelly, haderabad and discovered it has expired when I approached shop he is denying it and I am sure he has such stock more.

What action can be taken against such case?

My mobile No. is [protected] on 03/07/2010 at 6:10 pm I got an sms informing me that I have won 450000 GB Pounds in a 2010 Coca Cola draw and have mentioned their address "COCA-COLA 2010 annual prize draw.
email address for confirming the detail of amount i was instructed to visit [protected]@hotmail.com. when i just sent regarding the claim i was asked about name address cell no nationality etc and mode of payment...

I purchase a Fanta 2Litre bottle from Reliance fresh, when I tasted the cold drink at home it was tasting really bad as if it was some oil or kerosene mixed in it, this is the 1st time I have experienced such bad taste in fanta. I got a real bad taste to my mouth and now i need some action to be taken against coca cola and need some compensation for serving me such bad tasting cold drink. This is surprisingly that every retailer is doing excess charge in all over Jharkhand state and when we asked about that then he answered that ckoe company staff is allowing him to charge axtra to chill the product.
