Dear Sir,
I m residing in kesinga a small town of kalahandi district, orissa. pin no -766012.tomorrow i went to a retail shop for a cold drinks, and ask him for mazza a product of coca cola India pvt ltd.The shopkeeper told the rate has been hiked that's Rs 10/-. When i saw there has No Batch no, No Mfg date and No Mrp. All three had erased. Finally asked for all bottle but the same result found. The local dealer doing all these things for his own profit.Dealer name is "MUNNA KHANDELWAL".
So i as a good citizen made a complain and hope u to take necessary steps.

I had been to Food Bazaar on Baner Road Pune on 1st March 2010 @ 5 PM. I purchased monthly grosselry. During the purchase also bought 2 400 ml bottles of Minute Maid Nimbu Fresh bottles of Coca Cola product. Details below.
After reaching home my son and daughter drank one of the bottle and as soon as they drank they started burping badly. It was having bad smell as well. To confirm this my wife and I also drank little nimbu Fresh and we also started burping badly. Smell of the drink was totally bad.

Need some investingation in this on priority.

Yesterday 27th February 2010, my friends and I went to 'Marina beach'. We ordered 'Fanta' from a roadside shop. We ordered five Rs.12 bottle for us. We drank the first sip and found the contents to be highly adulterated. The taste was too bad, It was like water with some sugar in it. We who drink Fanta regularly felt that the contents of the bottle have been changed. The shopkeeper told those bottle were supplied by the company only. Either Coca Cola is cheating us (possibilities are remote) or a syndicate is doing this unethical work (then Coca Cola inc. should take action). Any how we should create more public awareness with regard to this issue atleast in Chennai where people visit Marina beach regularly.

i purchased a bottle of 200 ml thumps up from a retailer and before opening the bottle i noticed something inside the bottle,when i saw carefully i came to know that there is a pouch of tobacco (Tulsi Zarda 00) inside it.Is it feasible for the company to do these kind of mistakes.i am planning to go to consumer court for the filing of case.

I purchased a bottle of Coca - Cola from a local departmental store and guess what i found inside an Empty Tobacco Wrapper found in sealed Coco-cola bottle . I tried to contact the company they themself was shocked and sent an representative to check the bottle i showed them the bottle they then request me to take the bottle with them to check if its not been tampared but i refused to do so they then take a pic of that bottle and told me that they will contact me in 2-3 days after a week they contacted me with a proposal to give the bottle back to them instead of that they will give me one week free delivery of coca cola . Then still i refused on there proposal.
I still have that bottle with me with batch no. and everything visible on the cap nothing have been tampared with that bottle but here i want to say onething its now 4 yrs that i kept that bottle with me in a hope that someday i'll get justice and let the people realize how these big companies playing with our health .
I know nothing can be done as they are big companies and we are just an simple individual there is no law for them but still i won't loose hope .

My self Syed Mohd Akhtar. im 72 years. retired accounts officer. on 14th feb a van no. DL-1Lk6877 full of coca cola products arrived near my place at 1 shop.on seeing ad on the back of the truck i asked for a sprite 1.25 liters from the shopkeeper.The shopkeeper told me that he not received that 1.25 liter since 27th oct 2009. i contacted to the supervisor of that van and acertained the statement of shopkeeper and asked them that when you are not supplying this item why the ad is exhibited on the back of th said van.Th supervisor told me that i should file the suit against the company in the court of law for removing the ad from the van..
his name was Vivek kumar.
he is not supposed to talk in this manner with a senior citizen.. please do smthing..
