having surfed the net i have found many complaints and fake donation...what is this all about/y r people being fooled?

i mr lejo daniel got a message from "COCA-COLA AWARD PROMO 2009 on 18-08-09 on mobile no [protected] and told that u have won 1 million pounds to claim contact mr roland

U try findout that cheater...I also got the similar kind of SMS but I didn't proceed further, ...because while searching in google I came to know that these all r fraud, ...nothing is real...If any one get 1million pound doing nopthing..then why should Ambani, Mittal, Tata Bill gates are working so hard...1st of all think @ what interest Coca Cola company give u that so huge amount without announcing in public...If it is a prize then it should be publicly declared & distributed infron of common man..Why are they try to hidding all these things from others. We know it is a scam. what is the action taken againt such organisations. can we have some kind of regulation put in place so that Mobile companies dont encourage such freek scams. I am at Kolkata Airport travelling to Mumbai by spicejet flight no. 803. I thought that i will enjoy a cuppa of coca cola; my most preferred drink..But the Counter inside the airport basically looted me by charging INR 40 for a fountain Thums UP. This was after he refused to serve Coca Cola saying the can was empty, he had no stock; and i had to settle for Thumps Up, which was the second preffered drink.. The normal MRP i believe is 10 INR .
