This complaint is on behalf of my friend. My friend was interviewed at Manyata Tech Park On 21st July 2018. She cleared technical interview as well as HR interview and got a mail regarding the background check mentioning that they will let her know the status after 2 weeks. It has been almost a month now and they have not yet responded. The most frustrating part is that they don't reply to the mail sent by her. Please look into this matter. It is very unprofessional behaviour by the company with such name and fame

Hi,

I was interviewed on 23rd june 2018. Cleared two technical rounds and hr round. Provided forms to fill the details and asked to wait for two weeks to get the offer letter. Just got one email from cognizanttag and stated that your status is under review. Its been 50 days and i didn't receive my offer letter. I send multiple emails to my hr "miruthula. [protected]@cognizant.com" but she is not responding to my emails.

What should i do next? Please help me someone.

My name is nagaraj. I recently got selected with cts on june 28th 2018. My poc was miruthala and suresh velayutham. I am waiting for the offer letter for past 1 month. I have dropped mails asking for an update but still waiting for response. I just assumed may be i would receive it soon but, again 2-3 weeks passed after the hr call still no response from them. At least a reply from them would be helpful. They said they will process but didn't even get a single reply to my queries.

I attended an interview at cts - varalakshmi tech park, chennai on 7th july 2018 and cleared all the rounds. At the end hr informed me that i will receive my offer letter within 15 days but i haven't received yet, it's been more than a month. Meanwhile i received an email from cts tag that my interview status is under review. I sent so many emails to hr and candidate response, but i haven't received any reply from them.

My friend has attended interview in cognizant on 7th july 2018 and got selected for database (Sql) developer in chennai (Cts kandanchavadi). He has got client calls and they informed that he has got selected. However, he don’t have candidate id and he didn’t receive offer letter till now. He don’t have any point of contact in cognizant. Could you please let us know the status of the offer letter

I am a 3.3 years experienced software engineer in asp.net mvc and angular. I have given 3 rounds of interview at cts, 2nd and final round held on 19th may 2018 at kolkata. It took a whole day and two days for me as i was a outstation candidate. At the end of the final round after signing a employment form, the hr told me that you will get a offer letter within two weeks but after that neither they contacted nor i received the offer letter. Except one automated mail saying interview status-select. After that i tried contacting hr persons, they are not responding at all. They just spoke only once saying contact after 1 week we will give you the status update, after 1 week they just stopped receiving calls even from other candidates who went for the interview on same date. Its almost 3 months now. I don't know what to do.in between i refused some good offers as i was the immediate joiner for cts.
Sir, i am jobless from last 4 months. Please suggest me any action or should i be more patient for the offer letter? The cts was my dream company and that is why i didn't accepted any offer from other good companies.
If they dont want to take candidates then why they take interviews and give the confirmation to candidates? It didnt take anything for them but for us, it took our 2 days, travel expenses and hope.

As per the schedule i had attended the interview at cognizant bangalore location (Mtp) on 28 july 2018. I was called for endpoint security profile.

I cleared all the rounds on that day, also had a hr discussion on the same day. After all the discussion hr has confirmed my salary structure, designation, job role etc & confirmed that i will be receiving my offer letter within 4-5 working days. But till now there is no update.

I have sent mails to my poc & hr at cognizant, but there is no reply from anybody. Finally sent a mail to [protected]@cognizant.com with my concern. I hope they will help me to get my offer letter.

I would request for prompt action on this issue & hope this will be get resolved soon.

I had done with the interview in kolkata on july 7 for java, spring developer on 7th july 2018.
And i got selected and had hr discussion on same day including salary. But it is almost a month now. Since almost a month i didn’t got any update from hr team.
I tried to reach them but didn’t got any reply.

I was interviewed with cognizant pune on 19th may 2018. It was a whole day process. My hr round happened at 9:pm. I cleared all rounds and hr told me you will receive your offer letter in 10 working days. Its being more than 2 months now but didn't got any offer from them. I tried to contact hr but didn't got any reply. So i left hopes. Again after few days in the month of may and june i got calls from hr team asking are you looking for job change? I told them whole scenario he told you will get your offer letter it is in process but when? Again i mailed to hr but no response. Again i received a call on 24th july asking are you looking for job change? I again explained what exactly happened with me. He told there are 10 more people with you having same problem as you your offer letters are in process and respected hr will contact you within 2 days. After 1 week i mailed hr again no reply. I don't know what's is going on if they are having opportunities then why not releasing offer letters of selected people not even not replying. Is there any 1 here who interviewed at same day and location and didn't got offer yet?

I attended the interview on 30 june. I cleared all the round and hr told me that the will generate the offer letter in 3 weeks. Now it's more than 1 month no update. They say it is in process.
Location sb road, pune.

Anybody else who gave interview at senapat bapat road, pune.. At same date for sap mm. As per yesterday conversation they say tommorow you will
Receive it. Lets see.

I was interviewed on 2nd june 2018 at rajeha it park hyderabad for peoplesoft fscm associate role in cognizant.
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
Hr told me that with in 1 week i can expect to get the offer letter with in 2 weeks.
Its been 2 months now and i have not yet received any reply.

Kindly let me know what is the status of my offer letter.

I had interview in cts at chennai, varalakshmi tech park for oracle plsql developer on 7th july 2018.
And i got selected and had hr discussion on same day including salary and designation discussion. I was told i will get offer letter within 2 weeks. But it is almost a month now. I got only a confirmation mail saying that my application is under review on 11th of july.
After there are no mails. I tried dripping mails to hr and cognizant response team but there is no reply from them.

Please try to provide update to the selected candidates at least on weekly basis. It looks like all our efforts are going in vain.

I have attended the interview at cts alwarpet chennai on 7th june 2018 for mis position and cleared all rounds. Then i received a call from cts for document verification and hr discussion. On that day (18th june 2018) i was submitted my cis form and hr discussion also completed. Hr told me that i will receive the offer within a week but till date the offer letter was not received. Hence i reached the hr poc initially he replied like need to wait for sometimes because they waiting for approval from business end. After 2 weeks i reached the hr person he replied like "my profile is in hold by business and kindly do looking for other opportunities as well.

I faced the same kind of scenario before 2 years in cts and missed the offer. I don't know why they are doing like this.

Pls help me to get the offer letter.

I have attended interview on apr 27th 2018 and finished my manager round on 21st june 2018. Later hr have asked me to fill candidate form with all details.. I have done it and sent them later i have been updated that it is pending for client approval to process the offer.. But so far no reply and the last update from the hr is "you can try other opportunities as well, if i get any update sure will share with you". I have been frustrated with such response and the process they have. I have spent months with them to complete my interview but at last they just tell me proceed with other opportunities after selecting in the interview process.

I gave an interview on 9th june2018 for automation role
And cleared all the rounds, there were two technical and one hr,
Hr told me i will be receiving the offer letter soon
Then on 11th june 2018 (Monday) i got a mail from the cts hr to send my photo for proceeding further with the process, after that i have not received any mail from human resources.

After long interview process, i cleared all the rounds. I was informed that i will be receiving my offer letter within a week but i have not heard anything since then.
Wrote numerous mails but nobody is replying to my mails. Please let me know how do i proceed further.

How do we get hr email i'd or how do we know if our position went on hold. If those people are not recruiting at least they should give feedback and make candidate aware.

My date of joining was 18-july-2018 but from 12-july onwards i am not able to login to cognizant portal. I had completed all my formalities but onboarding pass was not generated.

When i contacted hr, she told she will recreate the offer letter and it will have mew date of joining. But till now no updates. I follow up everyday throguh mail but i dont get any reply on mail.
